So disappointed in this store!  Ordered Schottz Glasses and the packaging was not very good as one arrived broken.  It was a gift and I called immediately to have it replaced and stressed that the event was time sensitive.  The ladies response?  Give the gift with one broken glass in it....seriously?!?!  I even offered to pay for overnight so that i would get it next day.  Nothing.  Now, I'm sitting with one broken glass and the replacement won't get here until 1 day after the event.  Will never order from here again and will never recommend a place like this to anyone!

Dealing with Wine Enthusiast has been a nightmare. Ordered a $3000 EuroCave wine cellar, plus $450 for "white glove service" one month ago. What we received was an unusable unit with no electrical plug, wrong door, and only 1 shelf. After 10+ calls to them (yet never one returned phone call to me) I've heard that they have to take the plug off of another unit so will be yet another week to deliver - so I'm sure another unsuspecting customer will endure the same problems. Their customer service is much worse than CVS - buyer beware.

On-line shopping was very easy to do. I knew at the time of order that one item was backordered. The other item was delivered within a very few days or order. I would shop online with Wine Enthusiast again.

I order a set of 4 wine glasses. One we opened the box and discovered that one of them was broken at the stem. My wife called customer service and wit no hassle or arguments shipped a replacement and we received it in less than a week. That's what I call customer service.

Wine enthusiast was wonderful; I found the exact item two days after I received it for $10 cheaper and rather than doing a "price adjustment" or having to ship it back, they beat the $10 and sent me a $20 merchandise credit for their website, no questions asked. I call that superior service. I will definitely shup their again and recommend it to others.

All went well with my shopping experience. I received the product earlier than I expected. I am disappointed however that only days after I received my order I also received an e-mail offering FREE DELIVRY after I had paid for shipping and handling on my order.

After reviewing my credit card statement online i noted 2 billings from Wine Enthusiast that they over charged my account by $14.00 . I then called customer service with no answer why or apology for there mistake

Very customer-friendly.... Wish they had all vaireties of stemware offered in the design I ordered. Learned of other styles in pamphlet accompanying my order which Reidel makes. (short-stem wine glasses) (new item)

Last year we had a problem with a wine cooler. When notified, they immediately replaced the cooler with another. The customer service rep was efficient and courteous. I definitely ordered from this company again this year!!!
