I ordered a swingset from WillyGoat and it was delivered before I expected it.  I had some questions about assembly and I called and they were able to answer my questions even though  they were probably questions I should have been asking the manufacturer.  The swingset is better than the one I bought at a local big box store and it is much heavier duty.  I read a previous review about a 140lb weight limit but the swingset I received said it was rated for 300 lbs--- the other person must have otrdered the wrong one.

Horrible is what I have to say.  Very friendly until the order was placed.  When 1500.00 swingset came, 1/3 of boards split.  Very old long time sitting playset.  Customer service terrible.  Tried to get money back, really don't want this at all, and no was their answer.  terrible terrible terrible.....  I have now ordered boards over 3 weeks ago and still no shipment.  Will never buy from them again..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are a horrible company and there customer service is worse! They will take your money and if you have any problems good luck getting it back

I ordered the sun dance swing in July.  I am happy with my choice of willygoat as they shipped my order out immedately.  I needed a second person to help on part of the assembly but otherwise it was just as the directions said.  The people at willygoat said they were a small business and i am always glad to see small business do a good job like they did.  also, i always try to support our small businesses whenver possible, if they do the job.  i am glad i bought this swing set.

2nd time we have ordered for our grandkids with willygoat.  the swingset shipped immediately. we will go to them again.

Horrible!  Do not buy from them unless you just want hassle after hassle.  We ordered a swing set from them and it was missing tons of parts.  They told us to contact the manufacturer and then the manufacturer told us that it was willygoat's problem.  Don't waste your time or money with this organization.  They do not care to fix the problems that occur and are in no way interesting in satisfying the needs and wants of their customers.  FYI: (I knew this going in but I didn't think I would have a problem).....the lower the price on the units so that you feel like it's a better deal.  They then charge you shipping which ends up being about as much as it would have been if you had just ordered from a place that offers "free" shipping.  Anyway, if you go to return your item they won't reimburse the shipping so your out hundreds right off the bat plus you have to pay the shipping back to them.   

Very happy with my purchase. We love this item. Finally up and it looks great.  Just perfect for our backyard.

the meadowvale swing set we ordered from willygoat is just what we were looking for.  we ordered the swing set on a monday and received it that friday from willygoat.  the set is great for our small backyard space.  if we move to a new house with a bigger yard we will buy a bigger swing set from willygoat.  superb job!

we wanted to buy a swingset that would last and our children could use as they grew bigger.  so...we decided to buy a heavy duty metal swing set.  willygoat customer service told us the quality was unbeatable and it would last so we went with it.  the unit is cemented into the ground.  because we have 4 kids, we purchased the 4 swing station unit that is 10 feet high.  our kids love it, and so do we.  the swing set is heavy gauge steel, like willygoat told us, it is the same sets that are in parks.  me and my wife swing as well, it's just plain fun and we are glad we went this route.

I bought a spring horse last Saturday and paid for express shipping.  It came Monday! I didn't know you could ship Saturday but it sure was nice to have the horse not having to wonder if it was in stock or going to make it in time. I will shop here again.

Merry Christmas! My husband purchased a swingset from Willygoat this past weekend. We had panicked when we realized we could not find them locally. They guaranteed delivery for only around $50 more. Our children's present came Wednesday. A lady from the company was very nice to call us to make sure it was delivered. We put most of it up yesterday with the kids at my parents and a friend of ours helping. It was a super surprise today so I just wanted to say thanks Willygoat!

well, i came here and read some reviews on willygoat.  some were not favorable, but I gave them a call anyways.  willygoat answered on the first ring - a real person, which is always nice.  i asked her some questions about the battery vehicle i was interested in and also asked about the company.  i took the info, wrote it down, and we ended the call.  then i called back an hour later; they answered again after the first ring and it was a different lady this time.  she knew the item, i placed the order for 2 john deere vehicles.  4 days later they both arrived.  the vehicles are great.  with 4 children, the older two are jealous!  thanks willygoat - great service!  i like to look at reviews but i always try to make my own judgements and this good experience proves why.

i ordered a wooden swing set this summer from Willygoat.com.  We have 4 kids and the set is great!  I love knowing that my children are in the backyard, safe, active and enjoying being rambunctious.  The nearest park with a playground is over a mile away and having a swing set allows their friends to come over and have a fun activity for them all to be able to share at one time - Amazing!  Willygoat did great getting us the product immediately.  My husband set the swing set up in a weekend - it is huge - and off they went!  I appreciate Willygoat having the item in stock so our kids did not have to ask the dreaded 'when's it going to be here' comment for six weeks, like some other companies had told us.  Our kids, who always loved being outside to begin with, now never want to come inside!  Thanks Willygoat.

We ordered a swing set two years ago from WillyGoat.  I just wanted to write in and say how great the set has been and how much our children have used it.  The swing set is great because it keeps our children in our yard with their friends.  We recently purchased a glider swing to go with the set so one of our children could use the swing with a friend.

Hi. I ordered a swingset for my child's Christmas present. The set arrived just in time; surprising since I just ordered it on December 17th. I read that they keep the items in stock, so that helped make my decision easy. I had previously ordered at a not-to-be-named large chain store on November 27th but they could not get it shipped so I canceled that on the 17th of December and ordered with Willygoat. They shipped my set and emailed me tracking the same day. The warm weather we had in Tennessee during the holidays gave us a lot of time to be outside. Terrible experience! Purchased a riding train on November 28, 2008 for our 1 year old son's christmas gift. Opened package on December 24th and the problems began. Wheels fell off of unit train noise maker would not shut off. When I finally got in touch with someone on January 2, 2009 they said the warranty was only good for 30 days and there was nothing they could do. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!

I was so pleased with the purchase of my swing set from Willygoat.  When I called with a few questions about the set I was interested in, the customer service representative was able to address all my concerns.  They are definitely knowledgable about their products!!  I expected a large item like a swing set to take weeks to arrive.  I couldn't believe that my set arrived in less than a week.  I would certainly recommend Willygoat to anyone how values great customer service!
