I bought Spiral Design 28-Light 86'' Gold or Chrome Chandelier with European or Swarovski Crystals SKU# 11374 from wegotlites. It is an absolutely stunning chandelier and I would recommend it to anyone with a big foyer.

We ordered two (2) crystal chandeliers from WeGotLites:  The customer service was fantastic; our questions promptly answered.  The delivery of the products ordered was fast.  Our chandeliers arrived in a condition as though we had personally taken delivery direct from the store. We have now hung both chandeliers in our home - not one scratch from shipping and every crystal is intack; no scratches, marks etc; everything is exactly perfect.  And without question, the beauty and workmanship is excellent.

This company did not honor their own discounts.  The very next day after I ordered 2 lighting fixtures from them, I received an email from this company with a 10% mark down coupon. 

I had not even received the item and called them to honor their own discount - it was not even a request to honor another company price but their own!  They flatly refused.  I would not shop from them again - terrible customer service.

I usually don't take the time to give feedback, but I was amazed at the next day free delivery, extra parts given in my package, and seeing that the crystal light I had chosen was even MORE beautiful than shown on line. All my friends and family that come over cannot stop complimenting my new light! I have nothing good things to say, and I would certainly recommend this company to others! Thank you We Got Lites!!!

I will NEVER buy from this company again. I really wish I did my homework and looked at all these reviews before buying from them. I would have saved myself time, money and a headache. I am really upset at the poor treatment. It is really unfortunate that people can get away with treating their customers so poorly. Oh well, I learned and will never do it again. I am not usually the time to write a negative review or even take the time out to do it, but I was so disgusted with this company that I needed to. If you are thinking about buying from them...just do your research, google their reviews! I am sure you will quickly change your mind.

i was very impressed with my purchase at WeGotLites.com! Despite some "negative" things people may have written on other review boards, i have nothing more than positivity to say about this company! their prices are quite competitive and their staff is more than accomodating. it was a pleasure placing my order and not having to worry about it "not showing up" or waiting 4 weeks...i placed my order. got a confirmation email it was being shipped, the tracking number, and boom! came to my door in less than a week. will definately shop here again when i need another light for my house.

I had an excellent shopping experience with this company. Me and my husband just moved into a new home and found all the lights we were looking for our home (saw originally at Home Depot) on We Got Lites for much less, and they have such a large variety of lights for every room for amazing prices! I saved so much money, and best of all it was shipped free (which came faster than I expecred) and I paid no taxes-- can't beat that!! I have to say customer service was so friendly and quite helpful when one of the products I ordered turned out to be discontinued, they selected an alternate fixture for me which was almost exactly the same.The order arrived quickly (and I got an email with tracking numbers once everything shipped... LOVE that!). I would def. shop here again and have already recommended to my neighbors and friends who just moved!

We Got Lites sent me fake Swarovski crystal. I called Swarovski directly to check the certificate of authenticity and they informed me We Got Lites is not operating with the permission of Swarovski, nor do they purchase genuine Swarovski crystal from them or anyone else. When I called to return the merchandise, We Got Lites informed me they have a strict no return policy. My credit card company charged back the charges and they sent me to a collection agency. Don't get burned by We Got Lites.

We Got Lites is the absolute worst company I've ever purchased from. The entire customer experience was terrible from beginning to end. Not only did the light fixture I ordered arrive broken, when I called to send the item back, the man and "owner" was rude and non-negotiable. I was unsatisfied with the quality of the item. Instead of apologizing, he said my only options where to choose a new fixture from the site or pay 25% restocking fee to return it. I did NOT want another fixture and I certainly did not want to pay 25% for a cheap quality lamp that I paid good money for. When I called back to discuss, the "owner" was always gone. I was told he'd call me back, he didn't. After several calls, the receptionist told me I had no choice but to pay the restocking fee. AFTER ONE MONTH OF SENDING THE LAMP BACK, I have YET to be refunded. I've e-mailed several times and have received no response. 

I am appalled. 

Horrible.  I ordered two night stands and never received them.  We got lites.com was definately able to charge my credit card though!  Biggest mistake of my life.  I thought they were on their way, waited and waited and waited, then I get a phone call stating that they only have one of the two lights and then asked me if I still wanted the order.  It had already been almost a month and now I am being told you don't have them?  Then I asked the employee to have the manager to call me because he wasn't in and he never did.  Thank god American Express is on the consumers side..... I just called them and let them handle it.  Canceled my order!  Do not deal with this ghetto company.  Bottom line, do not buy from them, go through another company and do not trust them.  Do not believe other peoples great story about them... it will take forever for you to get your product if they even send it.  But they will for sure charge your credit card.

This company is full of scam artist tactics.  I placed an order for some crystal prisms and cancelled the order the same day.  The company contacted me the following day to tell me they shipped the prisms the same day.  I advised them that I was moving and if I received the order I would send it back.  However, I received their shipping notification and the order was not shipped the same day, it was shipped the end of the business day the following day.  They blatantly lied about the shipment. 

The order arrived and I sent it back to them.  They received it and signed for it, but refused to issue a credit on my credit card.  I contacted my cc company and wegotlites.com attempted to fight for the $86.00 charge although I had cancelled, they lied about shipping it and they had the product.  Eventually a credit was issued, but this company still tried to harass me about the order.  I actually thought about ordering a light that I really liked, but after seeing how shady they are I would never do business with them.

This company sells Fake Merchandise, please be aware, they sell Chinese Crystals and wrap them in Genuine Swarovski Labels.  If you already purchased a crystal chandelier from them it is most likely Fake...you can do a few things call up Swarovski Company which is in NY, if you ship them a few samples or high quality pictures they can tell you whether they are Genuine. There may be hundreds of customers who may be sitting on these fake crystals and no even know it...it is very unfortunate that laws in this country are not stict enough to put these people behind bars....the owners Joshua & Brian are bad people very hard to work with....they are rude to you once you call up to return the merchandise...please read the fine print of their return policy...god bless you...

This company stole money from me!!!  I purchased a light from them a few months back.  It was defective.  After weeks of hasseling with them, I returned it.  They gave me a partial refund!  Then 4 months later, they decided to take the full amount from the account once again!  They're saying their manufacturer nows says the light was not defective.  Needless to say, they refuse to send me any type of light.  I have paid over $600 and have nothing to show for it. 

I just moved into a new home and needed a bunch of chandeliers, i shopped around for a while but in the end decided to purchase them through WeGotLites.  I made a great decision by using this company, i called them up and they were a great help.  Fast delivery and now my house looks amazing, couldnt ask for anything better.

I have purchased 4 chandeliers this past year. My last purchase has to be returned because it was faulty. Help was excellent. I am receiving a replacement. I also bought a vanity light. Love everything.

This sham of a company sells fake Swarovski crystal.  It is nothing more than cheap glass from China.  Don't expect them to replace the broken glass either.  They're not responsible once the shipment leaves their hands. 

I would rather deal with Satan than with these horrible people.  One of their employees contacted me and threatened to ruin my credit if I complained about them. 

Great company to deal with, accurate description of the product as well as very fast delivery time.  Every time I called representative picked up very quickly, very courteous people working over there.  Overall great purchase.

From the beginning of my purchase to the end was just a great experience.  The site is easy to work with and when I had questions it allowed me to chat with a sales rep live.  The salesmen were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products .When it came to actually purchasing my items the sales rep gave me his name and extension and told me to call.  The salesman was extremely polite and took my order for me with no problems.  The thing i like most about this company is not once did i feel pressured into buying anything.  They gave me my space and helped me figure out which products is the best fit for my home.  Another plus is the prices are amazing, by far Wegotlites.net was cheaper then every other site i've looked at, and believe me i checked a lot of other sites.  Overall Wegotlites.net is an amazing site with great products and outstanding sales team and customer service as well.  I highly recommend that anyone looking for lighting fixtures and chandeliers should really shop on this site you will not be disappointed.
