I continue to have exceptional experiences at wag.com.  I started buying from them for the low prices but am staying for the customer service.  I have run into multiple issues with dog food (not wag.com issues) and they've worked with me on refunds & replacements without any hassle.  I couldn't be a happier customers.

Their delivery time was beyond expectations. The order was correct. The Shipping Company was also excellent.

The item was delivered the very day after it was ordered.

when I ordered the hose (order #16198274 (along with fish food) WAG said theorder (for the hose) would be delivered on Tues. July 3rd. UPS told me the order would be delivered on 7/2 then they sent anoter email saying the order would be delivered on 7/3. The only thing I received on 7/3 was the Aquaclear 30 Foam Insert - 3 pack When UPS sent me a corrected notice I wrote them telling them I would not accept the order as I was fed up with UPS constantly changing delivery dates and the only way to show my displeasure was to refuse deliveries when they were late arriving. They then semt me a notice that the order was put on HOLD. These people are just arrogant. I wrot4e back telling them to send the order back to WAG, so that I could get credit for their mistake.

I love this merchant, and I'm so happy with my purchases. The only thing I would suggest, is not to carry the room air fresheners by Citrus Magic. I bought five at $ 4.95 each, and they don't work. The spray does.

The pricing was the same or better than at pet supply stores and the order came the next day. I was truly impressed and will reorder on a regular basis.

The discount mailer worked out very well. The large cans of Friskies never go on sale. The savings were excellent. The shipment arrived in good order and on time. As to future purchases, the list price is the same as Petsmart. Tax was charged, the same as petsmart. It was slightly more difficult to transport the cans from work to home (no one is home to recieve mail shipments), and I had the big boxes to dispose of. All in all, unless this goes on sale or a discount is offered, I will continue to shop at Petsmart.

The dog treats appeared to have been slightly crushed during shipping which was disappointing but other than that it was easy and the prices seemed good.

It's a little more expensive than a local chain store, but worth it because free delivery has (so far) been available for the heavy products I buy there. The selection of food and litter brands is good; in general when they stock a type of item, the variety is good. Except for cat toys, for some reason.
