Before buying from VPGames.com, I read a review that said they list items on their website that they don't even have and then cancel your order after they get your money, but I still went ahead and ordered from them using Paypal since Paypal has buyer protection.  It turns out that review was correct.

I bought an item that they had listed on their website and paid through Paypal.  VPgames took my money and then the next day cancelled my order.  They said I would receive a refund within 24 hours.  I waited 3 days and never got a refund or a response from their customer service department.  Now I've been forced to open a dispute with Paypal to get my money back.

This is the last time I ever order from a small-time, no-name online retailer like VPgames.

My purchase arrived on time was exactly what I ordered the site was easy to navigate and helpful. Overall I was extremely pleased and would purchase from this site again.

I was shopping around on the internet for a memory card to play animal crossing on my wii. I had ordered the game and control from another online store ,and I was looking for the memory card back at the other store, but they were over priced so I went browsing and stumbled across vpgames site and there prices were cheaper so I thought well i can try if and if its not any good i can return it .with in a few minutes of placing my order I recieved an email with a tracking number so I could track my order ,I  got an email when it was delivered to my po box .the memory card was new and worked great and I saved about 5 dollars over the other stores price .I would redo this order anyday vpgame is a great store

I paid what I expected to pay for the exact item in which I ordered.
I received my merchandise in a timely manner.  The customer service was excellent- I would recommend vpgames to all gamers and to anyone looking for a gift for a gamer.(video-gamer)

While the website is a little outdated and hard to navigate sometimes, the actual ordering process is great with fast shipping and the product arriving as described.

The game was shipped promptly, it works perfectly, and I am very satisfied.  No problems to report at all.  Thanks!

Sent me a broken drive and I had to pay to return it and then never got a refund, turned it over to Mastercard for a chargeback. They don't answer they phone and are slow to respond to emails.

I made a mistake ordering from vpgames! They never responded to any of my attempts to communicate with them! They charged my credit card before they were in a position to ship the order to me; as, they were 'out-of-stock' and didn't even know it! And, this info along with no available tracking number to follow were totally unacceptable.

The delivery speed was fast. The order was perfect. the service was great. I would shop at vpgames again. This is the best on-line game store.

While the site was easy to navigate and had a large selection of products, the shipping time leaves something to be desired.

I would not shop at VP Games in the future. In this day and age of technology you should not have to wait so long for a package. And the remotes to the system are a piece of junk. I am not going to waist my time calling because no one picks up the phone call and messages are not return obviously. Thanks for a horrible experience

Was sent a e-mail to me saying that my purchase could not be shipped because there was a international restrictions and told me too, via e-mail, that I would be refunded within 24 hours and this not happened. I sent 3 e-mails asking about this and I do not received any answer. I made the purchase at 10/18/2010. Today is 27. DON'T BUY AT VPGAMES.COM or you'll lose your money forever. They don't answer e-mails... only when they want to sell you something, but there is no support after you fished your purchase.

I ordered my product a week before my son's birthday and still have yet to recieve it; and its been five days since his party. The money was debited from my account 10 days before the product shipped. I will tell everyone I know about my poor and unacceptable shopping experience at vpgames. When a customer pays to have the product recieved by a certain date the company should use ethics to make sure that it arrives on the date specified at the time of the order. I will never shop here again and regret making any purchases at all.

Shipping was very fast, and the Sharp LCD Screen for the Sony PSP arrived in perfect condition. My 14 year old son installed it himself without any problems after watching the short online tutorial. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

it was horrible....the item did not work and it took 3 weeks to get my money back and i still had to pay $13 for the return shipping. So I lost $65 for 3 weeks and then had to pay $13 to get it back. Will never ever order from them again.

This order was filled accurately and was delivered in the time frame advertised. I had no need to contact customer service. I was satisfied with this purchase.
