Worst experience in my life and will never recommend Vitadigest to anyone. While there was no problem placing my order (which I did on April 24), I called yesterday to find out the status of my order since I had not yet received it to be told it was cancelled because it was not in the warehouse.
Talk about lousy customer service. Vitadigest Customer service - did you ever think about letting someone know their order was cancelled.
When I called to find out the status, I could barely understand the gentleman on the phone - first it sounded like he was not even talking into the phone and that is probably because the customer service is outsourced.

I have in the past been pleased w/VitaDigest, but this will likely be my final order. I ordered a supplement that they evidently ran out of after my order. My shipping confirmation showed that my entire order did not ship, yet indicated my order was "complete."
When I called to gain an understanding of the situation the CS representative was as rude as I have ever encountered. He curtly told me that my credit card was in the process of being reimbursed, and I needed to check there. As the CS rep was attempting to hang up on me, I had the audacity to ask if I could have another flavor of the product shipped instead. One word answer....No.
FYI - supplement resellers are a dime a dozen on the Internet....I'll pay the extra 50 cents and shop elsewhere.

I will NEVER order from VitaDigest.com again. I placed an order. They only shipped a partial order and charged shipping. Vita Digest is the only online retailer who has EVER changed an order days after the transaction.

Just ordered for the first time because product prices looked good. I ordered over $100 to get free shipping. We live in Hawaii so I looked over their website to see if "Free Shipping Applied" and also assumed that their checkout proceedures would allow me to cancel, if not. Hawaii and Alaska were not mentioned as domestic exclusions and, after clicking "proceed," I was charged $28.75 for shipping!! I called and waited on hold for 15 minutes and clicked on their live chat numerous times. No one was available... $28.75 is ridiculuous, even if they were to use priority shipping!

I would probably shop at Vita Digest again. I called Customer Service to speak with someone about the product I ordered, and he was very rude and acutally hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager! I assume that this isn't typical of the company. If it happens again, I'll likely look elsewhere for the product.

I placed the order on February 6th since the site indicated the item was in stock. I received no communication from the company indicating the item ws backordered or if the order had shipped so I emailed them on Feb 11th. I received no response, despite their claim to return emails within 24 hours, until Feb 16th which indicated "Your order is in transit, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. thank you." Today I was graced with an email from my credit card company that the order charge was refunded. Still no communication from VitaDigest indicated the "in transit" order was cancelled.
Amazed by the complete lack of communication and inability to fulfill orders.

Placed order online - received confirmation. Order was cancelled but I was never contacted on when/why. Had to find out by looking at my credit card and seeing the credited amount back to my card. No one ever emailed or called to let me know my order would be cancelled or that the product was not in stock. When I called to check on the cancellation I could not understand the person speaking as they had a heavy accent. So, still unsure as to why my order was cancelled.

I would not order from this company again. The past two orders that I have made contained items that were backordered. The company did not inform me that the order would be delayed and the website indicated that it was being shipped. According to their website, they were supposed to notify me in a timely manner if a product was out of stock- which they did not. I had to cancel the backordered items because I was going on a month long vacation and I did not want the product to spoil at the post office. They still charged me for the items that I did not receive. I only realized this in hindsight when I checked my account history or I would not have placed my last order with them.
Also, the invoice that they e-mailed me indicated at the top that shipping was free. I did not notice that they later added an additional fee for shipping until later because it was printed at the bottom of the invoice. It is my opinion that in this situation, vitadigest should have removed the "free shipping" indication at the top of the invoice because it is very misleading to the consumer.

I placed my order for an instock item on 01/07/13. According to the order confirmation email, my order would be shipped within two to three days. According to the company FAQ, my credit card would not be charged until my items actually shipped. My credit card was charged immediately, and I called on 01/11/13 to find out if my order had shipped, since I had not received any communication from the company regarding a tracking number. I was told by a customer service rep that my order would ship on that day. It is now 01/12/13 and I have not received confirmation of a tracking number and when checking my order online, there is no indication that shipping has actually occurred. This is my first time doing business with this company and they have failed to impress me. Siince it is now the weekend, I will have to wait until Monday the 14th for an update. The jury is still out on whether I will receive my order and whether I will continue to do business with this company.

My order never arrived. I called after 15 days of waiting and after researching the the issue, they found that they did not have the item in stock and would not have it for another 2 weeks. They offered to refund my money or I could just continue to wait but did not offer any other compensation to me for their error and poor service. I had not received any communication from the company at any time that they did not have inventory on hand to fufill my order. The customer service agent I spoke to was very polite though and called me back with the reason for the delay within 5 minutes. I asked them to refund my money.

I placed this order on Saturday 3/11/06 and it took till 03/14/06 to ship...seems a bit long...yes there was a Sunday in between but still we are talking about supplements...I will consider this delay before placing another order with Vitadigest.

VitaDigest had the most of the supplements we take. Their selection was better than any other online merchant. In fact, if they carried Orthomolecular Products, VitaDigest would have been one stop shopping for all our vitamins and supplements. However, the shipment only came yesterday. It took a longer than I would have expected. So far they offer the best selection of nutrional supplements on the web that I have found.

It was a terrible experience to buy stuff from Vitadigest. Ordered on Oct 31,2012 and was said in the email that I would receive it around Nov 6,2012. And on Nov.9,2012 still have not received it. Called the customer services, he first mocked my accent, then hung up on me without really answering my questions. He said I would receive an confirmation email which I still haven't received it. He sounds what I have waited for 9 days doesn't matter. He even asked me automatically whether I want to cancel the order automatically. If I don't need those, then I won't wait for 9 days and called him to listen to his indifference and rudeness. He doesn't care whether the company make a transaction/deal with me or not. If there are other similar priced and even slightly higher same package, I would go to other stores to buy them. This is really bad and scary. I thought I got scammed after 3 mins waiting for talking to a customer rep and it turnes out that rep was this rude. I spent about $500 for this package.

BEWARE.. This has got to be one of the worst expierences I've had in a while. I placed my order on 11/2/12 on a free shipping $100 + promo. Didn't hear back though about shipping for a few days. I made email inquiry on 11/7/12-no response. On 11/9/12, I get email confirm that order shipped & due to arrive same day. Sure enough shipment is @ my door. Order is short-so they added shipping fee & one product leaked contents. I called customer service and spoke with Perry-who agreed that his own company misleadingly sold products that they knew were not available! Worst customer service I've come along in a while.

However, they did not ship my order until I had to write an email to them one week later, on 10/10/2012.
On 10/15/2012, I received the shipment. However, upon opening the package and inspecting the contents, I found that one bottle of vitamins was missing from my order. I wrote to them asking for a refund on the missing bottle, but they never returned my email. I am in the process of filing a chargeback with my credit card company in an attempt to get my refund.
UPDATE --- After contacting the BBB of Southland about this dispute, VitaDigest eventually refunded my money for the missing bottle on 10/25/2012. Even though I ultimately received my refund, I would not recommend this company. The order was not fulfilled properly, the order took an inordinate amount of time to ship, and VitaDigest charged my card one week before even shipping anything. Bottom line is, although VitaDigest has good prices, the way they conduct business is not in line with the higher standards of other companies I have dealt with."

RE: order number 621633. Two items were missing from my order. I phoned VitaDigest but the man who answered the phone was very hard to understand. I followed up with an email and was asked to provide information about the size of the box that I received, which I did. After not hearing anything more, I phoned VitaDigest again but had difficulty understanding the man. Eventually, we agreed (I think) that he will cancel the order and return the cost of the two missing items to my credit card.
I really like VitaDigest prices and plan to shop with them again. But I wish they were more communicative and more efficient in processing orders.
