Terrible Customer Service!!! Especially if You have the Misfortune of being assisted by Brittany. Item I was exchanging had been discontinued within a week of reciving my original item. After paying to return the item, it would have definitely been helpful in knowing about the discontinued item being that it was a top to a swimswit which matched nothing else but the bottom I had. So after Not receiving the top, I had to once again Pay to ship back a bottom which couldnt be matched with anything else!! Brittany was very rude, almost as if she was 'above' me as the customer. I used to purchase all kinds of cute clothes and Pajamas and swimwear but the last 10 to 15 years the quality is so cheap, I kept trying and trying, only to end up paying all kinds of shipping and return fees for nothing. The color is never accurate, I purchased 2 pairs of sandals size 7 identicle in differant colors. One pair was so small it fit my mom who is a size 6 the other so large it looked like a 9. Both had size 7 tags on them. The slippers fell apart after 3 weeks, the pajamas shrunk, another pair stretched after 1 wear, no control on swimsuit sizing.I wonder if people realize the models are very tall and they also pin the clothes in the back to give the illusion of a sexy fit when in reality the flannel pajamas could not have been more unflattering. My husband bought me 2 pairs for christmas last year, same size differant pattern, both fit differant, both tops shrunk anyway , the button fell off before i even wore them. I usually buy at my local Victoria Secret. However the color I was looking for in a bra was only available on line.  I asked at the store if they could order it for me and I was told no.  I was not happy about having to pay the $8.99 in shipping, because the store was out of stock and did not offer to assist me.  Other high end stores do not charge you shipping if they do not have inventory.  My call to the online store was very disappointing. After letting the fellow know the style numbe, size,and color, he asked me "what size for the matching hipster". Like I had ordered it. I said I did not want the matching hipster, and why was he asking about it. Why am I being "up sold"? He said it was his job!!! Shame on you Victoria Secret.  I think there are other more professional ways to ask for "add ons."

Tried to shop online but they deleted my account for no reason at all. Accessed it in the morning no problem, tried to get online later in the day to find I was no longer registered.
That was pretty annoying but what was worse was the customer service. It sounded like they weren't reading my emails at all when they responded to me and I never got an answer. I also experienced no actual customer service, no one offered a way to make it better.
Sure I could re-register but after the customer service experience and the whole matter, I won't be shopping with them.

I purchased a pair of Fuschia cloth and leather wedge heel shoe, i received a different color, not to mention the heels on both shoes were scuffed and it appears as if the heel was falling apart from the shoe.  i advised the sales of this and she offered me a 10.00 victoria secrets gift card, the shoe cost me 159.00.  it's very clear to me victoria secrets has a contract with the fedreal government to hire the mentally challenged the people are DUM AS HELL!!!!

I love VS bathing suits.  Unfortunately, my weight has been up and down so I was unsure what size to buy.  Because of how much I spent, I received a discount which basically paid for the shipping cost.  After receiving my order of two bathing suits, I decided to keep one and return the other.  I received an e-mail regarding my return which stated how much I would be credited back.  A few days later I checked my credit card online and realized I only received half of what I was expecting. 

When I called Customer Service, the representative was extremely RUDE.  She said that because I returned items, I did not qualify for the discount anymore and the money would not be returned!! 

Because they don't sell bathing suits in their stores, you can't try them on.  You have to order it, receive it in the mail, realize it doesn't fit, return it and still not get a full refund.

I bought around 15 swimsuits on-line for myself, my daughter, and couple of friends (as presents). Of course there were few different sizes in one order.

I've got a nasty call from Victoria stating that I bought too many swim suits of different sizes, and their policy is to only sell directly to the wearer of their clothes. They said that my friends should buy for themselves, and if I want to make a gift I can purchase a gift card for them.
They also said they have a whole department controlling what people buy (investigating every order), and they will continue to monitor my purchasing activity in case I buy too many items of different sizes from them. And if I do, they will block my account.

P.S. Victoria's clothes purchased on the web came out to be poor quality except the cotton bras line.

Shopping at Victoria Secret online is horrible.  I have had three bad experiences and I will never shop there again.
1st.  Bought a bathing suit.  It was sewn wrong and I sent it back.  I had to eat the shipping cost and they only refunded the item at the newly discounted price.  I paid full price and was out almost $28 for their faulty work.
2nd & 3rd time the items were on back order, I wasn't told this until after I paid for the items.  They arrived 2 MONTHS after I paid and one of the items was in the wrong color.
