When I received the ring I was very happy, the earrings i was a littel disappointed in as they were exactly what i had expected (a lot smaller). My only suggestion would be to have more information on the website to describe each product and perhaps more angle shots of each product where possible. Other than that this shopping experience was quick, easy and pleasant

My shopping experience was very good. There was a small set back and that was only because my order was placed when the merchant was in the middle of relocating her store. After receiving my order, it made the delay worthwhile. The prices were the best I could find for what I was looking for in baby jewelry. I will continue to shop on this site.

The picture of the earrings was very misleading size wise. There were no dimensions on the earrings in the write up along with the picture. I was buying for an adult woman and these earrings were small enough for an infant to wear. I called Valerie and explained I was dissappointed and she told me no problem, to return them which I did and she was very pleasant and courteous. She sent me an email when she received the earrings back and said a credit had been issued. I would definently order again however, I would call before placing the order so she could tell me the size.

I had been on line 2 times looking for elephant jewelry. Previously I had only found sterling silver. The 3rd time was the charm! I had called my friend, Audrey and she said that she does not usually wear silver jewelry. When I went back on line I found the cutest little 14k gold post earrings of elephants with their trucks up. The order came very quickly--maybe 3 days. and it was gift wrapped and there was no shipping charge in the US. I was so happy and so was Audrey. I love shopping at Valeries Treasures, I will shop there again.

There wasn't detailed description of the item on the web page, so I did not know what to expect. It's a bit thinner than I wanted, but the price is still quite fair.
