Ordered a vacuum filter from Vacuumsinc online store on May 4.  Credit card was charged on May 5.  On May 14, contacted online store and ask why filter had not been received.  Return e-mail advised that filter was on backorder.  Advised that I could wait or receive a refund.  It is now May 27, and I still have not received the filter.
Retailer should have posted "backorder" status on website for this particular filter.  Since this was not done, after order was placed, retailer should have contacted me and advised that filter was on backorder. Retailer should not have charged my credit card for an item they did not have available for sale.
I requested a charge credit today.  Wonder if I'll get it...
