I have ordered from ENCO for several years and have always received great service and good products. This item was received by freight line within three days of placing my order.

I have been shopping online with Enco for years totalling dozens of small and medium orders. I have only had two problems in that time, both of which were taken care of immediately and without any hassle by the customer service department. Shipping is FAST! In most cases, my orders have been shipped the same day they were placed. This, coupled with Enco's many warehouses, means that my orders arrive next-day, even with their fairly-priced ground shipping!

The selection is vast, frequently with enough choices for any given item to satisfy most anyone. The online store is a bit unwieldy at first, but its intuitiveness becomes apparent quickly.

Just thought I'd share my experiences with Enco; I order a lot of stuff for my work at a machine shop from them, and the shipping is usually quite fast, items as described, and the customer service people are polite and professional. Recently ordered an $1100 carbide/diamond grinder from them, (these are the Baldor ones that usually go for about $1200) and it showed up a couple of days later in good shape, well packed, and runs very smoothly. I would definitely recommend them. (and no, they didn't pay me... :) )

I've bought from this company several times now. Their prices are usually reasonable, and they ship very quickly. Twice I have received my order the next day (Nevada to California), and that was with standard shipping.

My only complaint is that the search function on the web site is a little awkward to use. I was constantly clicking forward and back to get details, then again to go to the catalog page.
