It is absolutely inexcusable for any company to be an online retailer that takes 18 days to fulfill an order!! I had hoped my previous order earlier in the year had been a fluke in arriving 2 weeks from the order date. Sadly, I was wrong. I have no issue with what I purchase--this is strictly a customer service issue related to an online business. They need to get their act TOGETHER.

The International Shipping prices charged by Undergear are quite simply OUTRAGEOUS, ....and FAR beyond what you pay from other stores in the USA. No other options are offered other than the very top rates. (And I read above that they actually ship at a much lower cost and obviously just pocket the difference!)
The amount quoted FAR exceeded the cost of the garment ordered, which would quite easily have fitted in a very small packet. I cancelled my order altogether, ....if you are an international customer you can do FAR better with more realistic shipping options elsewhere in USA. 

Undergear is an excelent place to shop. Dependable reliable service. High quality merchandise. The order accuracy has been 100%. Delivery speed is good.

I had a great experience at this store. It was very easy to navigate around. Each item's specifications were very detailed. They provide wonderful service. There is a big selection of brands, colors, types, and sizes.

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER TRYING TO BUY SOMETHING FROM THIS SITE, ITEM ARRIVED SO LATE I WAS ALREADY ON VACATION AND COULD NOT USE IT, THE SHIPPING RATES ARE OUTRAGEOUS FOR THE PRICES THEY CHARGE AND KEEP ADDING ADDITIONAL CHARGES LIKE INSURANCE TO KEEP ADDING UP THE COST AND THEM THEY SEND REGULAR MAIL. DUMP, THEY JUST LIKE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THERE CUSTOMERS. AND PRICES ON ITEMS ARE OUT OR CONTROL ON SOME ITEMS YOU CAN LOCATE ELSEWHERE FOR LESS AND BETTER SHIPPING.

Delivery took forever in the USA, sent one wrong item, the thong was worn or tried on by someone else before sent to me. Not to happy.
