The service was excellent - friendly & the shipment was fast & free. Better than any other stores that I talked to.

I ordered Aeron chairs on two separate occasions, about 1 year apart. The first one was a floor model and looked fantastic when I got it. Delivery was prompt and UPS just dropped it off at my front door. The second Aeron was new and it was also delivered quickly, once again being dropped off by UPS. Delivery was delayed by a couple days from the original date on that second chair, but the company notified me ahead of time. I wish all companies did this. Both orders were filled accurately.

They are just great.Not only the price, but the quality of the product, and their service...I wish all on-line stores were like them.I ordered an Aeron on sale,and I had expected that it would have small cosmetic damages,dust or scratches since it says floor model/opened box, and price was really good.But I was totally WRONG!!!NOT EVEN A HAIR SCRATCH,spic and span,and of course it functions perfect!!And comes with manufacturer warranty (12 years!).

And I should really mention that their customer service is really great.In addition to prompt automatic emails for confirmation and invoice,sales manager is always available on line to answer any questions or requests.After I made purchase,I needed to change the arrangement for shipping date. I exchanged email a few times, and he always writes back to me within 10 minutes.They take care, not only selling....It was a great shopping experience.!
