Ulla Popken's customer service is abysmal.  I called yesterday after many tries over the course of a week to complete a purchase when the web site continually said when I tried to check out that there was a "problem" with the page.  I said at the beginning of the call that I had clicked to the site from a 20% off notice at livestrong.com and that I did not have a catalog.  I placed the entire order orally, only to have the order taker say at the end (a) the wrong merchandise price - more than was showing on my order page and (b) insist that I could not have the 20% off unless I gave the number from the non-existent catalog.  I painstakingly explained again that I did not have a catalog and there was NO code on the livestrong.com link.  The order taker refused to allow the discount (which was showing on my computer screen as I spoke to her) and suggested that I call customer service today and place the order again and explain why I thought I should get 20% off without a catalog code and see if they would give me an exception.  I don't think so.

now my problem is:when i try to buy again directly in your site (because i buy via catalog city),i cant enter my billing adress in the program ,i think that you have more products directly in your site, and i want to buy any time i want.(remember that i live in mexico city, my billing adress is in mexico, and i have a malling dellivery adress in miami, that when they recibed my order they sendt to me here) please tell me how can i do, to buy in the future. sorry for my english martha
