While the products arrived quickly, the packaging was damaged, details on the website did not allow me to make an informed decision as to the fabric, color, and texture, the vest and tie were loose in the box, which surprised me because I would think someone would have wrapped it in plastic to keep it from getting soiled or damaged.

Two friends of mine had shopped at the site before. They both got garment bags with their orders but my order did not come with one.

I was called at work and asked to pay $6.00 additional shipping. I suggested priority mail to Alaska instead because of the low cost and was given the comment they were short staffed. I said cancel the order or send it out the next week. I still had plenty of time before I needed them for a concert. This was a bother and next time I'll look for the items in my neighborhood.

Unfortunately I was not able to get my items ordered because they were out of stock. However, the store actually called me to let me know, offered another item which was cheaper that I agreed to order. Again, however, they called later that day to say that was also unavailable. While I didn't get my purchase - the service from that retailer was fantastic. Unfortunately for them - they incurred the expense of 2 long distance phone calls with no sale. I definitely would look to them in the future for any other items which I would need.

I would definitely shop there again. Good prices on multiple purchases, product as described and prompt delivery.

the original vest I ordered was not available in the size I needed. A salesman called me and helped me chage the order with a similar product with a cost adjust ment. Everyone was helpful & pleasant and the vest is beautiful. My husband is pleased. Great store!

The Jacket I ordered was out of stock. I received a phone call the next day that they could not complete the order and had credited my Credit Card. Great job...

The only thing that wasns't quite right was the length of the tuxedo pants - i was told they would be "unhemmed" and I would hem them to my preference - but they were already hemmed and they were a bit too short - and there was no room to let it down a little bit. So, my husband is going to wear them a little short but it is something you need to know about.

Very good experience. After the Tux was delivered I had a few questions about alterations and the customer service person was very informative and helpful.

Contacted a customer service person about sizing and they changed my order size based on measurements and other infomation to get me the exact fit. This was very helpful as exchanging it would have made it late for the event for which it was purchased.

Ordering was relatively easy, though the web site is rather busy looking and could be streamlined. The merchandise came in a reasonable amount of time and was nicely packed. The shirts are of very good quality and we are happy with them.

The business is so efficient, TWO separate orders were shipped to me (different size jackets). I thought that was so cool!!! Remember, "used" means used!

I asked for express delivery on Sunday and received my order on Thusday, the day before the event. I made numerous calls and was made many promises of a call back and never did. Very frustrating experience.

I had excellent service but my order was dealt with mostly by telephone. The web site did not have adequate details of what I wanted. The telephone support was out standing (better than excellent).

The website was well organized and simple to follow. I don't often shop on-line. I'm still wary of the privacy, but the everything was so easy... from selection right through to the payment process. the one minor glitch in the process... the box containing the shirt was a bit large for the contents and did not include adequate packing material. the box was badly damaged during shipping, but the UPS driver refused to leave until the package was opened and we were satisfied there was nothing wrong with its contents.

Lot of item that were placed in a good menu selecting system. Was able to find what I was looking in a matter of minutes. I plan to shop here again when I need more tux items and accesories.

The on-line catalog was easy to use and the order process was quick. Delivery was on time. Merchandise was exactly what I ordered.

Items returned due to poor fit. Replacements have not arrived as of yet.
