It was an average shopping experience, they didn't have a very good website, and they used DHL for shipping and their tracking system sucks.

The jacket quality was very disappointing, which is no fault of the people at Travel Country. I have $80 jackets from other manufacturers which are twice as nice as this jacket which was originally $200 !!!

Good experience overall, the shipping was VERY slow, so I would probably pay extra for delivery next time. I also dislike the Fedex/USPO combination, it adds extra days for the product to actually arrive at my home.

The item was shown as being available. First I received an Email sayng my order woul dbe delayed 5-8 weeks. Almost 2 week slater, I received an Email cancellin gmy order as the product is not available. If you don;lt have the itme, don't carry it in your catalogue!

Travel country is the absolute worst .com store on the web.  I ordered a pair of La Sportiva running shoes from their site and had them shipped here to my base in Afghanistan.  The La Sportiva shoe brand generally runs a little smaller than most shoes, so I needed to order a size 11.5 versus the 10.5 that was shipped.  I wrote them a detailed email explaining the situation and asked what the return procedures are.  They ignored my email and never responded to my email.
 
This company is terrible and will surely be out of business in no time with such poor service.  DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!
