I ordered this program for our business because of a lightening strike. The first delay was because I wasn't asked for a Serial Number on my original system. I paid for next day shipping on Wed Aug 17th and everyday I was told that this would be shipped and by Aug 22nd, we were told that the order could not be filled. The Mobotix T24 arrived with a scuffed lens. Contacted customer support (CS) on May 9th and was told to submit a RMA request from their website and then send back the unit once the RMA number was received. Was also told that instead of waiting for the number and then a new unit to be sent I could purchase another unit and later when the return was processed I'g get a refund, I choose to do this and received the new unit on May 11. I was dissappointed that I have not been contacted by Totalbarcode since May 9th and subsequently called CS on May 13th when I was told the RMA was still being processed and he would give an update, that never came, later that afternoon. As of this time I stll have not heard back from CS.

WOW!!  These guys deserve the HIGHEST rating!  Shipping was prompt and the product arrived as expected.  However, I didn't realize that I needed to purchase a cable until I unboxed the scanner and... no cable.  I sent an email to the contact person (Jack Rydman) listed in the confirmation email, and received an IMMEDIATE response.  I descriped my problem and Jack immediately sent me a quote on the cable that I would need.  Placing the order for the cable was VERY easy, as a link to the quote was provided in the email.  Then, to top it off, Jack waived the shipping charge on the cable!!!  WHO DOES THAT!?!?  It was EPIC customer service!!

I just ordered a duplicate order of labels that I had purchased previously and it worked just fine and received product in a timely manner. Thanks

I haven't even received a confirmation of the order I placed 10 day ago.

The one problem I had is that the USB cord did not come with the unit and it was noted that I would need to purchase it separately. I had to make a second order to receive the cord, which I did. No complaints about the shipping time or the price. As far as I can tell, a great value compared with other sites.

I placed an order. A hold was put on my account for the money. After a week the hold went away and I have heard nothing. This morning I wrote to the co asking what is happening. I have not received the goods nor has the money been taken out of my account. I would like to deal with them again if this order goes through !
