I was not notified timely that an ordered item was not available from the supplier. Which delayed the order and delayed me from ordering from another retail.

After the initial confirmation of the order, I heard nothing for over a week. I e-mailed enquiring about the status as I was low on one product I had ordered. No response. Phoned the next day - was told one product was not available from manufacturer & the remaining order was shipping that day. Still no e-mail to confirm of shipping. Don't know it it's on its way or not. Will have to purchase somewhere else to tide me over. Extremely dissatisfied with Total Health Discount. They should have kept me informed.

I ordered a quantity of 3. I was informed by email that they were having trouble getting my item from the manufactured and my order had been cancelled. About three days later I received one of the 3. No mention was made if the others would be shipped later or if that completed my order. I was charged for only one.

I have used this merchant before and was always very satisfied. Would use again.

Since I was going to be away for a few days, she saw that my order was shipped right away with the missing item to be sent later. As it turned out, both arrived on the same day. She was very helpful.
