I bought automotive tools from tooltopia.com for my career and one of the tools ended up breaking. I contacted tooltopia.com and they refused to help me even though I bought the tool from them. I contacted the manufacturer of the tool and I had to pay to get the tool sent to them and I never received my tool back. I then contacted tooltopia.com and informed them about the situation and all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience" I didn't get a "I will help you out with this" or nothing. It seems like all they want is your money and if any problems arise then basically your out of luck and out of money!

I bought a robinair ac recharge machine, mod number 34788 and a leak detector from these people.$3,500.00 worth of parts.. It was broken when I got it. THEY HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY. They say you need to have it REPAIRED. They have given Robinair a BAD NAME like theirs. I will NEVER purchase ROBINAIR products again. Why would robinair let a company scam everyone they deal with sell their products. I wish i had seen this BEFORE i bought from them, I have never seen such a crooked company. Itsat at a trucking company 1 week BEFORE they finally delivered it. So even the  shipping is bad. They even HIDE their return policy, so you  can't  see it till it's too late

May 2009 - This is the first time I have purchased anything from Tool Topia and found the experience to very professional. The item I purchased was a battery charger and product was defective or at least it did not operate as promised. Although that was disappointing, Tool Topia was very responsive when I wanted to return the item. Within two weeks I had a refund. No hassles and they were very responsive. It is easy to offer low prices and poor service. Much harder to offer low prices and good service. Great job.

Purchased two air hoses and some couplers from ToolTopia.  Flexeel and Flexzilla along with Milton couplers.  All items are high grade, top quality, new items in original packaging.  The items arrived fast.  I received emails to confirm the order.  I could track my order from the UPS tracking number from the email I received or on their website using my order number and zip code.  The website is not very flashy or "in vogue", but it is functional and I was able to find my products without problem.  Checkout was easy with paypal or credit card.  The whole transaction was a smooth experience.  I will purchase from them again.

This was my first order from tooltopia. They had the H&S 9000 stud-welder _significantly_ cheaper than any other source I could find. To top it off, they also had free shipping, which is an excellent deal, as stud welders aren't light for their size.

I ordered early on a Friday, and being my first purchase from them, was a bit leery when their site's order-status page showed the order was still pending on the following Tuesday.

Later that Tues AM, I received an automated email with tracking number saying it had shipped on Monday, and I received it the next day (Wed).

I'm very happy with the product, price, and speed of shipment.

I do think that having an order-status page on a site is a bad idea if you're not going to have it updated frequently, though.

Seeing as how that is my only complaint, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
