They had the tires I was looking for at a great price. The tires arrived on time - a great shopping experience!

Over all Tire is good, Road noise is reduced, Road grip is very good in dry and wet conditions. but the person who installed tire on my vehicle has not done proper wheel balancing, so there is shaking when vehicle is at 60 miles speed. Again that's nothing to do with Tire quality. I will have to visit again to shop and ask him to do wheel balancing properly.

This is my second purchase at TireBuyer and both have been good experiences.

I had to call because the order was not received. Customer service had some excuse as to why they were not shipped. He offered a credit of $25 and said the order would go out asap. I received the order the next day, but never got the $25 credit.

Great deal on tires online. Better than local tire shops and better tires. Great deal with free shipping and rebate.

I was not very thrilled to learn, even though the 5PEROFF discount was posted on the Tire Buyer website when I purchased the tires, that Tire Buyer would not grant that additional discount. Apparently, it had expired on 13 April. After the purchase, I called and asked the very competent salesman to let me speak to his supervisor in order to seek a special case exception and grant the 5% discount. However, apparently "bureaucracy is bureaucracy." at Tire Buyer. The supervisor said that it wasn't their fault that the "techies", who run the Tire Buyer web site, had neglected to take down the 50PEROFF notice, to change policy for a mere customer, who's family owns a total of 10 cars, drives a lot of miles, and could potentially become a loyal customer of Tire Buyer because it wasn't Tire Buyer's problem. Tire Buyer has achieved the state of "bureaucratic Paradise" - when things go wrong, no one is held is assigned blame nor held responsible and the money just keeps rollin' in! My second problem was trying to get the so-called Goodyear $80 rebate. In the first instance, that the rebate is $80 is deceptive on its face. You have to pay with a Goodyear credit card to actually get the $80. If you do not pay with a Goodyear credit card, you only get $40! Further, even to apply for the $80 (really $40) rebate, the customer must somehow figure out that you must "click" on the little "i" within the Goodyear box. I must have wasted 30 minutes and became more and more frustrated trying to figure out the access to the so-called $80 rebate. Even went to goodyear.com several time with no luck. Finally, called the salesman ad he pointed out that I need only click on that little "i." Such fun!
