i like shopping at tillys.com and i am satisfied with how fast i receive my items. the only thing i dislike is that sum items that are advertised for sale are sometimes not instock. i will load items in my cart and proceed to check out only to find out that half the items i want to buy are NOT instock. other then that i LOVE tillys.com

It took 4 days for an e gift card to be emailed, that's ridiculous for something that doesn't even need shipping. My credit card was charged right away but "processing" took 4 days. I love tillys but I'll never get an e gift card again.

We returned the shirt for a larger size and rather than sending the larger size, they gave us a Tilly's credit. Would have rather the exchange be correct.

Received the wrong product. Color was not the same as shown online. Trying to buy a white shoe and received a grey shoe. In all fairness description said "grey". My error.

Taking a long time to arrive even being in Hawaii ordering outta state thi seems to b the longest wait. Ordered a bunked the same day and receive it ft already, still no sign of my tillys order.

I ordered the whole bikini after getting emails that both the top and bottom were in in my size. I asked if i could get them both shipped together since i bought the top the day after the bottoms. They said No because the bottoms were already at the warehouse by then. Then they tell me actually they dont have the bottoms in so now i just have the top. Lame.
