I wanted to take advantage of the buy two and get one for $0.76. I bought 3 body soaps and 3 bath lilies. In order to get one of the body soaps at $0.76, I had to place separate orders. This seemed cumbersome and decreased my overall online customer satisfaction.

Only problem: I was not understanding right away that my order was including a free item due to me (after 4 points on my Love Your Body card). It would have been nice if a little window had popped up when I first saw the pricing, explaining why one item was free. I eventually figured it out before submitting the order.

My shopping experience was excellent as it has been in the past. This time I made a mistake and ordered 3 Mango and 3 Satsuma. I meant to order all Satsume. I checked and it was completely my fault so I'll have to use the Mango which will make me much more careful in the future when I shop online for all products.

I like the products thus far, and the purchase was easy enough, but I think that packaging should be more carefully considered, especially in light of how 'environmentally concious' the Body Shop claims to be. Thank you.

I just didn't like the way they shuffle their prices. When I thought I was getting a certain discount at the check out I noticed it chabged. Cost to me higher than anticipated. If it is a sale I should get the sale stop getting technical with your customers.
