I have to return my item because it wasn't what I bought. I needed my literature lab that was supose to be am access code and I got a board without no pass code. This was my first exoerience with textbook.com snd I sm very dissapointed.

Good prices and assortment and I like that they have different shipping options that are specific and not just "2-5 days".

They have questionable independent sellers on their marketplace. When I placed my order, I never got a confirmation and the book never got shipped. No contact info was provided either so I couldn't directly contact the seller. When I finally reached a rep(after being hung up on/disconnected twice) I was given a sketchy personal email address of someone who lives in the UK! STAY AWAY. This site is awful.

I obtained my book in the condition that was indicated in the write-up about the study guide that I was purchasing. The seller was a true-blue and the whole process was on the up and up. Thank You!

Textbook was of course used, but the description said "no underlining." There is substantial underlining, mostly in pencil, but also handwritten notes in pen. This is especially disappointing because I was planning to make pdfs of some of the essays. Site needs to look through books carefully (although this was super-obvious) and post accurate descriptions of condition. I paid a higher price in order to get a copy without underlining--that's called a rip-off.

I bought two books; only one was showing order tracking. While I received both book on time, I had no idea about the other book until I received it. I think it would be better to provide order tracking on all orders or at least there should be some sort of indicator showing that tracking is not provided by seller etc. Overall good experience :)

My experience was really really good. The website was very user-friendly, the service was quick, and the product was in good condition. I will definitely be using textbooks.com in the future.

I purchased within the last few weeks several different books from several different merchants including textbooks.com itself. I am well pleased with my purchases and the books that I received. Thank you for the great price, great books and great service.

charged me 72.90 yet are only refunding me 66.91? that's BS. You don't have the book in stock, and have no right to give me a refund for less than what I paid.CROOKS! ITs not my fault they don't have the book, cancelled the order, yet they still expect to make money off of this transaction? I HIGHLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS COMPANY. The other thing  that sucks is it took them a week to go  and figure out they don't have the book. Now I am even further behind in the class due to this, and they said they want to take 3 days to get my my partial refund back to me. Total BS. I paid them and they took it in one day, they can return it in one day. Totally poor business practices. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I suggest Barnes and Noble for text book rentals from now on.

I was able to find just what I was looking for without any hassle. It was a nice experience as I'd already been searching the web and was starting to worry if I'd be able to find them at such short notice.

Company charges my Credit Card immediately after processing my order, but claims 2 days later they don't have the book! They falsely advertise "In Stock" on items for a lower price, then say "sorry, we don't have!" and keep your money for days or weeks at a time, like a free personal loan!

Now I have to pay $30 total more for my book to buy it somewhere else and have it 2-day shipped to have it in time for class! Unbelievable! Never again!!!

The prices are so much cheaper than MBS.

Placed an order that needed to be changed . It was within two hours from time it was placed online and I was told the order could not be cancelled or changed. Now I am sitting with a text book I do not need

Shipping was 1 day later than expected. Other than that, easy website (found the textbooks I needed with no difficulty). Really satisfied with my overall experience.

It was easy to find the textbook I was looking for. Some sellers did a good job telling what was included (such as the CD at the back of the book); some did not. Perhaps those who didn't mention it did not have the CD? I chose not to purchase from them. The book arrived in good shape and good time.

All items were in inventory, checkout process, shipping and tracking were excellent. Textbooks arrived sooner than expected.
