I didn't think how big a jar holding 3lbs of sugar would be - love the shape but would like a smaller 1lb jar. My first experience with Teavana was at an airport - my husband really liked a sample. Your teas and tea blends are good and I will buy again.

My experience was great. First time I shop at Teavana.
When I shopped, they offered a free tea sample to those who spent over $50. I spent about $160. I never received the free tea sample.

I love their products. They are absolutely wonderful and the tea has a unique and organic taste. The quality is also unlike any other.

I wanted to also purchase a tea tumbler but the descriptions were not specific as to whether they were all dishwasher safe or not. As a result, I did not buy any tea tumblers from Teavana and will buy one elsewhere.

I haven't received the order yet which is disappointing because a portion of my $100 order is for Mother's Day. It will have to be a happy belated Mother's Day.

Everything was good except that the free sample was omitted from my order. I responded to Teavana and they acknowledged me and advised they were forwarding the sample. If I receive the sample it was done to satisfaction.

I havent received my order yet. The tracking number is really not usable as it doesnt say what carrier it was sent with so I really cant use it. If I was to order from Teavana again I would just drive the 120 miles and go to the store. The shipping really takes a LONG time.

my only suggestion would be when you order an amount of tea in ounces, it should show up that way in the shopping cart, so if you get a discount based on amount of ounces you can figure out how many more ounces you need to get the discount instead of the amount ordered saying "1" whether you order 2, 4,8 or 16oz!

Have have used Tevana quite a few times. And, will in the future. I have refered friends to the website and have purchased gifts for friends from Tevana. The product is good. I nice coupon once in a while would be good once in a while and they send a free sample of a tea, which is nice.

I love Tevana. My only complaint is that they are very slow in emaling tracking info. I got the email with tracking info the same day the shipment arrived. They need to provide these sooner so that I know when the order has shipped.

I love the Teavana teas! I usually go to their store in Carlingwood mall but the weather is so nice I did not want to go anywhere so I placed my order on line. I received everything a few days later in the mail. It was effortless and I will recommend this to my friends.
