I ordered a hoodie from Taylor Gifts and got a confirmation email right away stating that it would arrive on 12/18. No further emails came UNTIL 12/18 stating that my items are on backorder by THREE WEEKS. This was meant to be a Christmas present and I emailed the service lines as well as called and did not get any updates since then. I do not know where my order is still to today 1/1/2013 and cannot get ahold of anyone.
Terrible company with horrible service, if I could get ahold of anyone I would cancel my order!

This company deals in deceitful practices. Taylor Gifts does not respect its customers They had an offer for 25% off AND free shipping.  Their link gave the percent off but not the free shipping so I had to go through customer service.  They said they would adjust the charges.  I checked my charge card bill and saw a $4.95 charge in additional to the products I ordered so..... I had to go back to customer service.  Was told this is a processing fee--a fee that did NOT show up on my order statement.  Additionally it took forever for the package to get here.  Personally, I cannot tolerate a company that engages in deceit.  I have no respect for Taylor Gifts and recommend that everyone avoid them. I wasted both time and money on this company but you don't have to!!

I have never ordered anything from Taylor Gifts before.  Ordered an artificial Christmas tree from them and it was a piece of junk.  It was almost completely transparent, it was so thin in the center.  After spending almost $300 on a 9 foot tree, I called their customer service to find out how to return it. They told me to just mail it back to them via UPS or regular post office.  I did and it cost me $91.  They now refuse to pay my return postage on the tree.  All I got out of them was my original postage to mail it to me, a $91 postage bill to return the thing, and a bad taste in my mouth.  It also took the better part of four months of calling them and sending emails to even get that accomplished.  I will never order anything from these people again.  It cost me too much money.

HORRIBLE experience!!!  In June, returned an item that had been purchased in May.  Here it is August and I'm still calling DAILY to get my refund to PayPal.  Finally told them to forget refunding PayPal and to send me a refund check.  This wasn't a solution either, aparently.
My mistake for not reading previous Epinions prior to placing my online order.  However, how a company can d-r-a-g their feet on issuing a refund after the product's been returned is beyond me.

Purchased an item after reading a review mistakenly on the Taylor Gifts website. After receiving the item, assymbled it i was disappointed. I was going to return it but the cost of shipping and the fact that i had destroyed the box  it wasn't worth it for the forty dollar item. Anyway, i wrote a 2 out of 5 star review for the item and it NEVER showed on the Taylor Gifts website. I looked at a later date and the only reviews showing were the original two. I wrote another review and to date that hasn't shown. Do not beleive the reviews that you may see on Taylor Gifts website, they are manipulated and bias.

My First year doing business, Taylor Gifts wanted my product in their catalog. GREAT! My big break in catalogs. Well, I filled 5 purchase order for Taylor Gifts and send out 5 invoices with them. Well, its been an year, still no money. Taylor Gifts purchase ordered my company $6,000 dollors of merchandise and would not take my calls. Then another purchase order came in, I refused to full the order until the others were paid. Now, I have to take Taylor Gifts to Court for the $6,000 in merchandise they owe me.
Please, check out each company before doing business with them.
Still fighting in Court....I pray I do not lose my business.

Taylor Gifts and Getorganized sent me tons of unwanted catalogs and also sold my name to MANY other companies. I've been getting these at my billing address, which is a PO box, so my box is stuffed with junk mail. Thanks a lot. I've made lots of calls trying to get my name off these lists. They took 19 days to deliver a small item to me, I sure wish I hadn't bought from them.

The worst on-line company.  I ordered a Christmas item on Dec. 20, and I paid for the expedited shipping upgrade to ensure Christmas delivery according to the website.  The item did not ship until Dec. 23, and when it did finally ship, it was sent by the SLOWEST possible shipping means (FedEx Smart Post).  The item finally arrived today (Jan. 2).  I contacted Customer Service by phone (no answer), and I contact them by e-mail (no response).  There is no invoice or packing slip included in the box with any instructions for returning the item, and the item was VERY poorly and cheaply packaged.  I'm amazed it wasn't broken in transit.  I will never use this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I was initially overcharged. When I caught it and contacted them they did refund the difference, but with no apology, and in no hurry. Then the items arrived they were very poorly packaged and everything was broken. Ceramic dishes with no bubble-wrap and several boxes inside a too-large carton left to slide around. I returned everything using their label and it's been a month. They claim they didn't receive the return and won't refund my money until they do. So now I have no product or money.
All they had to offer was a good price to lure me in. Never again.

I can tell everyone why all their merchandise is backordered, and never to arrive. They don't pay their suppliers. They have ordered 5 times from my company, thousands of dollars each time, and have not paid one single bill. We shipped 4 orders, and are holding the 5th. We are not shipping to this company again. Phoning and emailing does not help, you get directed to voicemails that never return the call. Horrible service for their suppliers as well as their customers.

I placed an order approx $200 late March 09, was told it was in stock and it is now April 27 - I have received nothing, everytime I call they tell me it was shipped and I should have it in a week.  The original order they are unable to track - but it should have arrived.  They are not helpful and the e-mails I received from the 1st person I contacted were rude and unprofessional.  I will NEVER order from here again - oh and now when you call their Customer Service # they answer "Get Organized" - doubt if a new name will help - they still are not helpful or even seem to care if you are an unhappy customer.

After reading all the negative reviews here, I decided against ordering the two-tier TV topper from Taylor. But I went looking for the item at Amazon, and they had it, but it was shipped from Taylor (or one of their alter-ego stores). I ordered the item on Monday, and had it in my hands on Thursday. I guess the moral of this review is that if you see something you want from Taylor, see if Amazon lists it too. I guess Taylor HAS to live up to expected performance standards if they want to continue to sell through Amazon. I can't ask for better service than I got, as is always the case with Amazon.

Horrible company. I ordered and paid for an item that turned out to be out of stock. I was notified that they would send me a check. No check ever came. I called customer service and was told I had to wait one month. At the end of one month I called back and they claim to have issued another check. Nothing. Now one more month has gone by. They will not allow me to speak to a manager. They want me to wait another month.

This company is the worst of it's kind I have ever dealt with. Stay far, far away.

They sell cheaply made goods at top dollar.

Customer service treats you like dirt.

In my case, they promised to apply a 20% discount to my order but never did.  When I called to inquire, the totally ghetto rep nastily replied that the credit department "denied it" and that I was basically screwed.  Don't believe the statements on their website about the "best customer service in the business".  It's all lies, their customer service is the worst.  They will sell you the worst junk and could care less if you ever come back.  When I read these other reviews, I couldn't believe how much other people's experiences were just like mine.  Stay away.  I realize now that all of those similar short positive reviews are posted by confederates of the store rather than real customers.   There are too many stores with good customer service policies to waste your time and money with these people.  No wonder thay have been sued by the Attorney General.

More than 2 years ago I ordered 2 massage pads from Taylor Gifts. I am a care provider for two young men who are developmentally delayed. They do not walk and spend a lot of time in bed. I thought a massager that fits on top of their bed would be beneficial for them.  With their limited income I sent away for two of these massage pads. I received only one massage pad.  I sent proof of the transaction because I had bought the two massagers with a money gram. I never received the other pad that cost over $100.00.  I called frequently and was promised that the other massage pad would be sent.  Then I was told the pad was discontinued and would get financial reimbursement. Taylor Gifts never paid this young individual the money they owed him. THIS YOUNG INVALID WAS RIPPED OFF BY TAYLOR GIFTS.  I also sent away for a ear wax remover.  It did not work when I received it. I sent it back and never got my money on that item either. I am so unhappy with Taylor Gifts. I have sent this message to all my email contacts and asked them to send the message out that Taylor Gifts steals from people.

I ordered a pulling cart, it came on time but there was no invoice, receipt or anything printed. I wanted to return the item so I called for guidance. Then told me to white a reason and attach to the box, then ship it back, I would get a refund. I printed a Internet Order Ship Confirmation and wrote a reason of returning. I sent the item back to them, 3 weeks pass by, never hear from them. I e-mail them asking if they received the item, they say "don't know" all the way. the person I spoke with on the phone was very rude. She suggested me to call credit department at 1:30 pm eastern time on friday, and credit department was off for the day She said I have to call back on following monday.
they don't stop sending me those annoying ads to my e-mail address.
I will never buy a thing from them again!

Taylor Gift's has been my worst online shopping experience.I never received my product I ordered...couldn't track the product because the tracking number was wrong twice on the same order that had been re-shipped..I still wait...customer service was of no service. When I called to inquire about my product I ordered they hung up on me. I e-mailed them...never got a response although they say they will respond within 24 hours. I will NEVER use them again!!! EVER!! Nor will I recommend them to ANYONE!! I can't even get a refund.....It's awful!! This is my first and last experience with Taylor Gift.

My Mom, who had received their catalog, but never placed an order, received a toy basketball hoop. When Customer Service was questioned, via phone, they had no such record of sending my Mom that item. They did, however, offer to send return postage to ship that item back to them.

This is one of the worst internet shopping experiences I have ever had! I placed an order and 2 weeks later was told it was backordered. Another time I placed an order and it was canceled a week later. The customer service people are truly elementary. It's clear they hire low waged people who don't have enough education to properly handle customer complaints. The one girl I spoke to on the phone was actually snickering. WHY??? Oh and they smack on a 100% satisfaction guarantee and don't back it up. I sent 2 emails to customer service but I never received a response. Heard this was owned by the Taylor family. They obviously need a better handle on their store. They should take a hard look at their employees and process and revamp the whole thing.

Horrible customer service, never respond my email. AVOID!
I wish I'd read the reviews here before doing business with this company. Their website misrepresented the item I was seeking to purchase. After 5 days I got a email 'it was backordered', I called and send email to cancel my order they never respond. After 4 days I got a email said 'they shipped my order'. I called next day talked to 3 different customer service --- horrible customer service.

I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company again and hope no one else does.
