I purchased a drive controller card which initially worked fine and then died after only six weeks. When I inquired about returning it, I was told they have a 30 day return policy and would not issue an RMA for me. I understand that I was 2 weeks past the 30 days, but this illustrates SuperMediaStore's attitude and willingness to help out (and keep) a good customer who had a problem very soon after the purchase. Many other places I've purchased from have "bent their rules" under such a circumstance. I learned my lesson and will not purchase from SuperMediaStore again.

Easy to order, shipped fast but ended there. Ordered replacement printer cartridges for my Cannon printer. Now anything printed in color is fuzzy. Emailed customer service a week ago and have heard nothing.

This company does NOT care about the individual as a customer. I received faulty ink (no chip) and they would not send me a replacement after I purchased new ink from Walmart so I could print the mailing lable they sent, purchased a padded envelope to return the ink & drove 60 miles to UPS. All I wanted was a replacement. They did credit my account for $2.47, my original purchase price less freight! Nothing like going in the hole when your unemployed!!! I will NEVER shop here again!!!!!

If it's too good to be true... They attempt to sell things they do not have, make promises they can not keep and then the horrible customer service comes in to finish the deal. I double checked before placing an order for a printer because the price seemed too good, toner showed up but two weeks later I started calling (they never informed me of anything until I asked... and asked...) This is a quote I eventually from an email I got from them... verbatim.. "We are sorry to inform you, your order has been canceled because this item is currently on back-order and we do not have an estimated time of arrival for this product. We understand you were informed we did have this item in stock earlier today but the representative was misinformed."

DO NOT ORDER fragile items such as DVD/CD cases from this company! They ship using only the original product box without any packing materials. I ordered 100 slim CD jewel cases, 49 of them arrived damaged and completely useless. They do not reimburse return shipping charges, which is more than the cost of 49 new cases at my local store! UPS does not refund shipping charges for inadequate packaging of damaged items, either. All told, I paid nearly twice as much for the remaining undamaged cases than if I shopped at local sales. This was the last time I order from this store.

purchased QMS 2200 toner pack, NO NOTE as to this is rebuilt. Finally placed into printer and printer starts grinding noise. One cartridge is pouring toner everywhere one is bound where it will not run (the grinding noise). Inspected Cyan which was bound, obvious rebuild and a poor one. Call to customer service was as effective as yelling at a brick wall. I'll not do business with them again. <br mce_bogus="1">

They were terrible. They sent broken DVDs and refused to replace them. I will never buy there again because the items were packaged so poorly. It is supermedia store's fault and they refuse responsabilty.

Supermediastore.com has the Worst customer service ever! Actually I should say they have NO customer service. I received a defective flash product that does not function at all. I have tried three attempts to get a "required" RMA to return the defective item and have gotten no response from any channels of their 'customer service' on the phone or email or online chat. I was finally able to find a form to fill out online via the company's FAQ section. It sounded so easy. I still have not gotten a response from them on this form. I believe they are trying to hit that magic 30-day mark so that they don't have to accept it back. I have ordered from them in the past and never had any problems. Of course, I never had to call customer service so I don't know if Customer Service is just that bad or the company has gone down hill!!!

I've bought Tvisto media box a year ago. It broke exactly one year later. Since it happened on Friday night I couldn't get in touch with the customer service until Monday. The SuperMediaStore refused to take it back because it was two days past one year. Customer service wouldnt even listen to my explanations.

I ordered a 100-pack of CD jewel cases from Supermediastore. When they arrived, 20 cases were crushed because there was no packing material. The cases were sent in the original manufacturers box, which also had no packing material. I also noticed that the CD cases are very cheap quality, brittle and easily break off at the hinges. I emailed Supermediastore over a week ago but they never responded. I
Also, a few months ago, I ordered a 100-pack of blank DVDs from them. It arrived OK but the center spindle in the cake box was broken and I had to transfer the DVDs to another cake box.
I won't buy from them again since apparently they don't believe in using packing material and fragile items will get damaged in the mail.

What's left to say. I'm a new customer and the 3 or 4 purchases I've made in the last few months service and product have been excellent. It seems that my computer has hardly cooled down after placing my on-line order than there's a knock at my door and a delivery person is there to hand me my order. Of course I exagerate...but these folks are GOOD and FAST! 'Nuff said.
