I hadn't recieved an update that my order had shipped yet, so I emailed the vendor. They were great! They answered my email very quickly and provided me excellent inforamtion and my order came the next day.

Everything went well except I don't understand why it takes them 3 days to ship. If I bought from Amazon.com it would ship within 1 day. Also the shippng box was all beat up upon delivery although it doesn't look like the suitcase was damaged.

I was worried that the suitcase I ordered will not reach the destination in time, however, when I emailed suitcase.com, the friendly staff provided a good estimate of the delivery date based on the Zip code I provided them. With this assurance, I went ahead and order the item. And the item arrived on time! I really thank the helpful staff who corresponded with me with patience and provided great advice. He / she even followed up with me when the order was received at the warehouse! Great and helpful customer support! Thank you very much for the wonderful shopping experience!

Great Experience!  Ordered 3 suitcases on Cyber Monday, had product on that Friday.  And shipping was free.  Also had lowest price on samsonite.  No damage or irregularities with any of the 3 pieces.  Was worried after reading some reviews. But totally happy.

There are many other online merchants with comparable selection and prices, and MUCH faster shipping. Look elsewhere.

I'm a DoD contractor currently working in Afghanistan. T think the shipping cost to an APO address is very expensive. I paid over $70 just for shipping. Over half the cost of the suitcase itself. I think you would get more orders from the military and military contractors if the shipping cost was not so expensive for APO addresses. Thank you
