I order the same product with another company and I had to do the purchase process twice after two weeks because I didn't received it. They dont let me Know about it and I also havé to wait one month and a half for the delivery. The product was for blond but show like Brown hair formula. With style Bell the purchase process was good, tje price low and the product was the wright one and the delivery fast.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Stylebell.  I had been searching for a  1/2 inch curling brush for a long time and was ecstatic when I found a Helen of Troy brush on your website so decided to try my luck at ordering online for my very first time.  It was so exciting to be able to track my order right from when it was shipped to when it arrived at destination.  I was even more ecstatic upon opening the very well packaged parcel to discover a wonderful brush and a Yellow Bird hair dryer which I had also ordered.  Many thanks Stylebell, you made my first online shopping experience a pleasure. 

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE......  Very very bad experience, The KERATIN TREATMENT THEY SELL IS FAKE.  AFTER PAYING OVER $300.OO FOR THE KERATIN, THEY DO NOT WANT TO RETURN IT OR CHANGE IT.   A WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD ONLINE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM.   SHIPPING IS THE WORSE.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!After placing an order on wednesday and paying for next day air my order was delivered on monday as they don't ship on weekends, there was no iron in the order which was on backorder which was not stated when i was checking out. I called and everytime(over an hour + of calling) No Manager was available to talk with me. I then sent the package back due to lack of professionalisim and still had to follow up to see where my refund was they then said there was no one who worked there by the name who signed for the package so i had to contact ups and put a trace on the parcel. This has been well over 3 weeks waiting for a refund. The manager was rude and talked over me and i think i managed to talk to every customer care agent working there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DON'T BUY FORM STYLEBELL!!!!

Do not buy from this online company. They say their products would arrive between 3-5 business days. After not receiving my order I emailed their customer service and never got a response. I then called their customer service and the girl who answered was rude and disrespectful. Did not want to put me through to the manager or even give me the chance to cancel my order. After about 10 minutes of belligerent yelling at me she hung up the phone. I will be contacting my bank to dispute my $180.00 charge.

I had an order delivered to me damaged, so I declined delivery. Instead of Stylebell refunding my credit card, they have spent the last month disputing with UPS over who is to blame for the damage. I clearly had nothing to do with the damage so why they are not refunding me my money then going after UPS later is something I will never understand. 2 emails and 3 phone calls later... nothing! Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, they even claimed that they never received my 2 emails! I am filing a complaint with the BBB.
