I have been waiting for small order in Brazil since 11/24/11 and STILL have not recieved it. The store only say that they sent by GM-BMP company and I got no idea of what this company is, or where I can tracking my order. I am Brazilian and the costumer service just sad that they are not responsible for International (outside of US and Canada) orders lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Then why they accept international purchases???

I have been waiting for small order since 12/7/11 and STILL have not recieved it. The only contact I can get from this company is someone named Christine. The only thing she does is send a tracking number. There is NO WAY to talk to anyone at this company and they have very poor customer service.

I made a $300 order, they gave me a tracking number with no link to track it and just didn't gave me ANY help since then: the carrier link, for example. They just say they sent by GM-BMP company and I got no idea of what this company is...

I needed large sheets of foam for a project for my daughter’s bedroom and was very excited to find them on Stuff4Scrapbooking. It took a little longer than expected to arrive and I was so disappointed when it did. The bright green I ordered was great but instead of sending me the bright purple I ordered to go with it they sent me a light mauve color. Also, each sheet had a label stapled to one corner, rendering that corner of the foam useless due to the staple marks.
I have tried contacting the company a couple of times but to no avail, I have received no reply. They have no exchange service and no phone number to call. I am too nervous to ship the incorrect color back as I may not hear from them so I guess I am just stuck with something I don’t need. I’m also too nervous to attempt to order the correct color again in case the same thing happens. Shocking customer service.

Horrible...I never received the products I ordered and had to file a dispute with PayPal....which takes weeks, going closer to a month with no resolution. I filed a complaint with BBB. It is true...they do not answer their emails or phone calls...they are clear ripoffs. BBB and Paypal gave Stuff4scrapbooking plenty of options to resolve and make me whole again but they did not...now the 88 bucks I gave them through PayPal has just been held up with nothing in return. These people should be prosecuted.

Beware of the shipping rates, they charged me 3 times the amount and then refunded me only 1/3. When I asked why their shipping rates were per item and not per shipment (as advertised on their Amazon storefront), they didn't respond to me...until I left a negative feedback on Amazon. I removed the feedback on Amazon, regrettably.
Poor customer service response and easier to go to another online store to get your needed items. I was very disappointed in their response.

I was so impressed with them at first. Their scrapbooking storage folders cost half of what Amazon was charging. I also ordered two storage carts and my shipping was so cheap! Everything seemed great & it only took a week to ship to me (US to Canada).
But when I got my shipment, I only received one set of the eleven folders I ordered. That was the end of November. I still don't have those folders and it's mid December. I've emailed NUMEROUS times & their responses are always a short sentence that doesn't even address the issue. For example, their latest response when I requested a tracking number for the missing folders they said they shipped out, they replied "No worries - crossing my fingers they get there soon". Crossing your fingers?! That's the best you can do for me? Then I was really mad and phoned them; they have NEVER returned my calls. They only have voicemail on their phone - no real people.
I've had it with them and never using them again. I'd rather pay full price at our local Michael's then deal with their run-around and hassle again.

I had a horrible experience with Stuff 4 Scrapbooking. They are seriously lacking in customer service. My main issue was with their shipping speed. I paid extra for expedited shipping (over $14 for a product that didn't even cost that much) and my purchase was shipped on the last possible day with a delivery 8 days after I ordered it. It is clear they "pocketed" the extra shipping amount. When I requested a shipping refund, they told me "no" and that that was within their standards. I read other reviews highlighting the same issue with shipping. If you want your products in a timely manner, shop elsewhere.

I've been shopping at Stuff4Scrapbooking for the last year
and a half and have not been disappointed yet. Fast friendly service. Keep up the good work.
