Was looking for some Oakland Raiders tailgating gear and came across Sports Fan Outlet.  Web site was reasonably easy to use and I ordered what I wanted.  A few days later, I went back to check on my order and could not get to the web site - getting a 500 error on Internet Explorer.  I tried calling their customer service line to find out they were closed and do not accept voicemail.  I sent them an email message and got a very brief reply that they were installing new software and the web page was down.  I did not even get a name on the email message. Normally you would expect a notice on the site that it was down for maintenance.  I tried again the next day and could get to the site, but cannot check the status of my order or see anything beyond the home page, as you get weird scripts.  Overall, I cannot recommend this vendor.

I ordered some Indiana University freezer mugs for a group of friends as presents from the company.  The website was easy to sort through, so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for.  The mugs were shipped out quickly, and packaged nicely so that they wouldn't break in transit!  The products were also very reasonably priced, which can be hard with all of the sports products websites out there.

This website stands out because they sell all types of products, not just apparel.  There are products for people wanting to spend all amounts of money.

I would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for ANYTHING that has to do with sports! Loved it!

I bought a hockey jersey from this place because they beat all other competitors' prices by 25 percent and their low flat rate shipping also beat all competitors. I called their customer service to make sure the jersey was actually in stock. I talked to a live person immediately and he said it would be delivered to my door by the end of the week. I placed the order online and all went as said. Very happy with the jersey and with their service. Thanks.

This store does not stand by their products. They sold me defective sports equipment and refused to exchange it. In addition, you can find the exact same stuff at the manufacturer's website for a lot less. They will lure you in with their selection and back-stab you with their customer service. I feel bad saying it, I am usually easy to please.

I was looking for new Dale Jr. NASCAR items to kick off the Daytona 500. The site is easy to navigate. Went to the NASCAR page, all the items are listed by category (caps, jackets, t-shirts etc...) then selected the driver. They offered a very large selection of '08 items for Jr. I received an e-mail confirmation of the order and tracking information when the order shipped which was the next day. Thank You

This store is great. Not only do they have a large selection of items, but they arrive quickly. I ordered a shirt from this company 12/20 and it arrived on Christmas eve! They had an easy to use order system. I received confirmation of my order immediately and I received tracking information when the item shipped. This is my new favorite fan shop.
