Solid Signal is a joke! I ordered a simple cell phone booster and paid the extra $25 for next day shipping and never received my product! They never emailed or contacted me. I emailed 3x and called 2x. There was only 1 supervisor for the whole department and she was "in a meeting" the 2 seperate days I called! The reps were very rude and not helpful! On the third day I finally received an email that stated I was being too big of a hassle so they were refunding my money-which would take me 2-3 days to receive?! A joke! This company is horrible!

I ordered a Wilson Cellular Signal Booster for $349.00 which was a good price for this item. After 19 days I contacted Solid Signal to find out why I had not received it yet. The sales guy said that it was back ordered and hadn't shipped yet. I asked why they didn't provide some notification that it was on backorder and all I got was a snotty "sorry" in response. The price savings of $35 was not worth the delay or the aggrivation. They indicated that my refund would take up to 10 days. I would stay away. I ordered on Amazon  for $35 more and paid $3.99 on my prime account for overnight delivery.

One item arrived damaged. I called Solid Signal, and they sent a replacement, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! In this case, they did not ask for return of the damaged antenna, neither did FedEx. VERY GOOD Company with whom to deal!!!!

Confusion on ship & return of defective rotor motor. Also a tech recomended the Channel Master D2A digital/analog converter which I am not impressed with remote control/function and very poor instruction manual; this unit was about twice the price of the other unit I ordered at the same time.

Ordered Sunday, Shipped Monday, Received Tuesday, In reality it was next day delivery. I'm a happy repeat customer.

Every step of the purchase was taken care of proficiently and as expected. No big delays or surprizes. I ordered my product on Saturday and it was shipped out on Monday. I recieved exactly what I ordered at my home, in perfect condition, on Wednesday. I would deffinately shop here again.

Product advertized and purchased as "In Stock" was not in stock. Status is currently backordered with an undetermined ship date. Of course I can expedite delivery by purchasing upgraded shipping.

Shipping costs are high considering the size/weight of the items ordered. I would like to see a shipping option for USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail for certain small packages is cost competitive with UPS and FedEx Ground and I have receive packages via Priority Mail that have made cross-country trips in 2 business days, way faster than UPS.

Was good,but antenna does not bring in all of tv stations that it is designed to pick up.

Because of the service my son also ordered a winegard converter box. Very pleased with the service.

The online forms were easy to fill in, the antenna arrived before it was due, but the customer support is one of the best I've ever delt with! They helped me pick the antenna that was most likely to work in my area, and when I had further questions they responded in less than 12hrs. Oh yes, the antenna works just as they said it would. Will buy from them again!

The zBOOST YX-500PCS performed exceptionally well! I had zero bars of cell phone signal strength inside my home but 4 bars ouside. After installation of the remote antenna on my existing outside TV antenna mast, and permanently mounting the base unit inside my home--I now receive five bars of cell phone reception through most of the home and at least two bars everywhere in the house. Its fantastic to be able to use my cell phone anywhere in the house without having to go outside to place or receive a call. I have made additional purchases from SolidSignal since then, I trust them and I have gladly recommended SolidSignal to my friends.
