It is a pleasure to do business with Softwaremedia. com. The process is straight forward, and the customer service is outstanding; something I do not  find often in On Line Shopping. When calling customer services, their attitude is plaisant and they do more than what I would normally expect from such a service, People are really surpassing my  expectations. After purchasing the wrong product, I was very worried about getting my money back, but to my surprise the product return was easy and the credit has been  quickly applied, Purchased items are at your door at the expected time, and prices very competitives. Softwaremedia was the cheapest source for purchasing Quicken 2012 that I could find using CNet and ZD Net.  Followed the link from CNet to the website.  The ordering process via the Internet was quick and simple and at the advertised price.  I got an email notice that it was shipped in a couple of days and it arrived a few days later.  No complaints whatever.

Item was exactly as specified; great price; great service and fast order processing.  It was clear how to get a discount for taking a survey, but after a quick email, I received a credit.  In fact, I believe I received the discount on the order (not shown when I placed the order) as well as a credit.  So, I got a double discount.  The only weird thing was that I had to navigate to their site using Google shopping to get the best price.  When I asked them about this, their reasoning didn't make sense.  So, great vendor, but use Google shopping to navigate to them!

Purchased copy of Microsoft software.  Found via google search.  Arrived quickly, and very inexpensively.  Great transaction!  Wish I have found them sooner.

Got the right product at a good price and prompt delivery. The Win 7 family pack was the right choice and Software media had the most compeitive price and reputation.

After a lot of searching online for this year's tax software, SoftwareMedia had the best price I could find.  I was very surprised to receive the software so quickly, even though shipping was free.  I'll definitely keep SoftwareMedia in mind for future purchases (taking note that they carry a lot of popular software).

Order Accuracy: I did get the 2 products ordered. InfoPath is on a disc. The Office 2010 Suite only had a license key. I was under the impression I would get a disc. During the download process, a disc can be ordere from Microsoft for an additional 12.95 S&H tax. That should have been mentioned prominently up front. The download worked fine, but it is big and takes a long time. Customer Service: excellent, a mini-stocking with candy and a pen was even sent. Overall Satisfaction: If I had been sent a disc for Office 2010 or at least known up front all i was getting was a license key, I would be 100% satisfied. I would give my transaction 4 of 5 stars.

It was very easy to locate the products on their website and place my order.

I was in the market for an upgrade to Adobe CS5.5 for my Mac and had previously gotten burned on a counterfeit purchase on eBay. I did a quick search and softwaremedia.com had the lowest price far and away for the software. It even beat eBay prices!

I never heard of them, and their pricing seemed too good to be true, but I gave them a shot. I'm glad I did because I was very pleasantly surprised.

The package arrived promptly and the software was still sealed, like it was just bought off the shelf! They even threw in a free thumb drive and a few treats for the holiday season.

I had an amazing experience with Software Media. They are really top-notch with phenomenal customer service. I ordered an Adobe Master Collection but was unable to install it for several months due to my PC needing upgrades. When I finally got around to installing it, I discovered it wouldn't upgrade with the upgrade key they had given me. I called their customer service, nervous they wouldn't help me because I was so far out of the guarantee window, but they made it right.

They overnighted a copy of the newest version that WOULD upgrade from the key they gave me, and everythin worked perfectly. The whole thing was just a slight hiccup, but they made it right, even though I was WAY outside of the guarantee window. I will totally buy all my software from Software Media from here on out.

I was initially attracted by a favorable price on the software I was looking for. Then I saw that customer feedback was very good and the geographical location in the western U.S. meant that my software should be delivered quickly. Website is easy to navigate - uncluttered and product specifications are pretty clear, compared to other software stores. I have ordered 2 items from SoftwareMedia.com. First item was boxed, shipped no problem Second was software in thin packaging that they shipped only in a thinly "padded" envelope. The box was damaged but thankfully the disks were okay. I did tell them about that and they responded with a personal e-mail. Both times I took advantage of the free shipping, but both items still arrived within a week.

We got a request from our sister office in Nebraska for a copy of Crystal Reports.  I did an online search and decided to try Softwaremedia.com based on good reviews and competitive pricing. I easily found the software I needed on their site and was able to place an order to ship directly to my counterpart in our Nebraska office.  I  received promptly e-mailed order and shipping confirmations and we received the product within the expected delivery time. Great online purchase, we would shop here again.

Their prices are good and the shipping was very timely. Would definitely purchase from them again and recommend Software Media to friends and coworkers. i was able to find what I needed at a very good price. The product arrived in minimal time and installation was a breeze. Very happy with my purchase. Site was easy to navigate.

I received my software quickly, and exactly what I had ordered.  Flawless transaction - no need for further customer service.

Product was backordered and delayed about one week.  When received, the seal had been broken and the CD-ROM showed signs of prior use.  It was uninstallable, and therefore, we were given a return airbill, and I returned the product just as it had been received.  This is where things turned bad. 

We were told that since the item was in used condition, we would not receive a refund, and the software would be sent back to us.

After lengthy discussion with customer service, they informed me that the key had previously been activated (confirmed by MicroSoft).  As I pointed out, it was not activated by us, as the software was uninstallable. She was unable to learn who had activated the key.  She stated that they could not take our word on what happened at our location. 

She did admit that a 3rd party distributor was involved, but she had not checked with them about the complaint. 

I was finally informed that they would stop the return shipment and refund a portion of the purchase price.  I mentioned posting this experience online.

Later, they called to promise me a full refund.

This is at least my third order with Software.com.  The overall experience has been excellent.  I am disappointed that that my last order came as only an envelope with the CD when I purchased a full version expecting boxed software but otherwise I was impressed with the accuracy and timeliness of my order.
