Great customer service!  I accidentally shipped the items to a wrong address (my fault, not theirs) and when I called and told them what I had done, they immediately duplicated my order and sent to the correct address at no additional charge.  You can't ask for a more agreeable experience plus their prices are good.  I will ALWAYS make my purchases from SkinStore.com.

They are a big fraud...no return shipping even if you recievd the damage and broken product.what else a company like this can act when you let the customer suffer for the damaged product they have send.the information about  the product on the website is not displayed to fool the customers,even if you inquire from customer service they would not provide the accurate informtaion about the electronic product which customer should know before ordering expecially if it has the possiblity of damaging you skin and has side effects.

Couldnt connect to the online Live chat so I need to pay for an IDD call to contact this merchant and found out that my order got cancelled without any prior email notification after 6 days I placed my order. The email system is simply not acceptable.

Disgusting customer service - do not shop here. They will take funds from your credit card immediately, then refuse to send you your goods. PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE!

I had ordered a Jan Marini product from their store, but was alerted later by email that my product was out of stock. I attempted several times by email to cancel my order, as it states 'for any further questions or to cancel this order, simply email us!', but received absolutely no response.

I then proceeded to call them on a Saturday, as the times on the website state that their CS line is open. I called, and their automated message stated that they were closed that day.

Later on that week, I got through to their Customer Service Department to cancel my order, and the $150 was credited back to my account.

Three weeks later, I received an email confirmation that they have shipped the order that I had cancelled.

When I called their CS line again, all they could do is apologize and tell me to refuse the package.

BEWARE of a potential huge Inconvenience with skinstore.. they seriously need to get their customer service and orders together.

I took a leap of faith and ordered a rather expensive eye cream from Skinstore.com. I was pleased by the shipping speed and I am satisfied with the product. I ordered from them, because they had a guarantee, but I didn't have to return the product.

I ordered two very expensive items from this store because I read somewhere on the site that there was a 60-day money-back guarantee. Since I live on a military base overseas, the shipping took about two weeks to get to me. I then tried the products for a couple of weeks and decided I didn't like one. I called customer service but did not get an answer because of the time difference. I emailed several times but did not receive an answer, until finally someone emailed and said that the item I was trying to return only had a 30-day guarantee and that I had missed the deadline. I will not order from this site again!
