Good experience, although I was a little disappointed in the relatively short shelf life of the eye cream, according to the expiration date.

The product was back ordered but I received it sooner than I thought I would. I have been buying this product from them for several years and the experience has always been excellent.

Excellent. I'm glad I found this website. They have good "deals" and "specials", and it's easy to order, and you get the products right away.

I received an email with a coupon code indicating I would get 20% off the purchase of this item. However, when I applied the coupon code, the price remained the same. With the 20% discount, I would have purchased the item. However, without that discount, I can get a better deal on another website. I immediately canceled the order, and the cancellation was handled quickly, with no problems. Thank you.

Excellent service

Placed order on 22 March - charged immediately by Paypal. After 3 weeks contacted SkinCareRx via their website - no response after 4 days so emailed. They were quick to reply but were unsure why order not sent so contacted the warehouse. Apparently something was backordered and the products had just arrived in that day (weird they arrived the same day as I happened to email). So order sent one month (21 April) after money paid and still no sign of it. Not very happy especially since I paid $41US for delivery to New Zealand. Have order from SkinCareRx before and never had problems but after this experience not keen to order again.
