I've been ripped off.  Bought a 3 pack of HP 23  ink for spares.  Didn't need to use until about a month after receipt.  1st cart would not produce yellow. 2nd produced no color and 3rd produced only red.  I suppose I wasted 30 bucks on inferior "remanufactured" cartridges because of their return policy of no returns if opened or after 30 days.  How can you see if the ink works if you don't try to use it.  Their return policy is designed to their ability to keep your money for sending junk.

NEVER BUY FROM THAT COMPANY!!!  I purchased ink from that company in May 2012 since mine was getting low.  I didn't need to replace my ink until July.  The black ink leaked right away but then seems OK.  However, each time I want to print in color  I have to do a deep cleaning first.  The ink is now half empty and I wasted a lot of paper.  Plus, I'm concerned that this has damaged my print heads.  I requested a refund and was denied due to their 30 days policy.  This is ink for crying out loud, you buy it ahead of time.  I could have requested an exchange but I'm pretty sure the same thing would happen, since all three color cartridge are defective, and I'm not willing to further damage my printer.  Also, I would have to waste my time and effort returning that crap and it seem that I might have had to pay for shipping and restocking fee. They sell defective products and want the customer to be bothered with the process.  They should have simply issue a refund.

I bought a cheaply crafted item from this site... it literally fell apart into pieces as soon as I opened it. Unfortunately, this Web site screens the ratings/customer reviews for their items so that only the favorable ones are posted. These are not accurate and cannot be trusted. I cannot return this item either. Clearly customer satisfaction is not their priority.

have ordered several times from these folks and have been impressed with quality and free shipping.Last two orders have contained about 10 percent broken items.Dont know if quality control has gone south or not.

Item took over a week before they shipped, then they shipped the wrong item. They're impossible to get a hold of by phone. After finally getting through to them it turns out the original item we ordered is out of stock. Never doing business with them again.

Horrible company. Sent me defective ink and when I paid to return it they claimed it wasn't theirs. SHADY. Sent them repeated emails confirming that was the ink that was sent to me and they refuse to correct it. Do not buy from this company. Bad product and horrible customer service!

I ordered an iPod accessory from here and once I received it I realized that it did not work with my iPod. That's when the website informed me that I could not return or exchange my purchase. I realize I ordered the wrong item and yes they do have a link you can read about their return policy but that doesn't excuse the poor customer service. There's no reason they can't take this item back - thousands of other stores do it!

Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. These guys only care about their $$ and not about you.

I ordered a wireless notebook mouse on 4/17/07 for $10.00 and free shipping. But as of 5/17/07 I've received neither the mouse nor any response to my two emails to the company. So I simply disputed it with my credit card and I am done.

Avoid them and, in general, always use a credit card for an additional layer of protection.

Don't shop here is right!!!!

I ordered ink on February 8th and even paid extra to have it shipped in 1-5 business days, it is the 20th and still no ink. When I called to check on the status I only get a voicemail, I have left several messages with no return phone calls.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are terrible. I ordered a bluetooth headset from this company on Jan. 11th. It is now Jan. 23rd and I still haven't seen the product or anything. I am hoping to receive my item very soon and will update on product, but right now they are crap.

I ordered a docking/speaker station for my 10 year old nephew which said it was custom designed for the iPod Nano. I ordered it in November for Christmas. When we tried it out, the Nano does not work because the jacks do not line up. I called customer service and was told "sorry it's not designed for the latest release of the Ipod Nano". When I tried to return it for a full refund, I got answers such as - No returns on Ipod Accessories, No returns after 15 days etc. I was finally able to return it after 12 phone calls, but was told I could only be refunded 85% because of the restocking fee (even though it was not my fault that their website did not state it does not work with the latest versions). I did not get my refund yet, I'm sure it will take a while.

Shop4tech.com advertised Handset Manager with a long list of phones that it supports. When I received the product it would not work with my phone. When I called customer service, the rep admitted that the ad was misleading and that the website would be updated. I was told I could return the product by completing their RMA form online. I received an email telling me that software is not returnable and the policy is posted on the website. The website was corrected within 20 minutes of my call, however I have a printed copy of the original ad listing my phone as suppported. Shop4tech is not interested in customer service and I highly recommend that you do not do business with them. Just read their ridiculous return policies before ordering. For example: They state that in the event of a defective product you are responsible for the shipping back due to their unusually low prices. What does it matter if you pay a low price for something that doesn't work? Update: Thank you to Christine from Shop4tech customer service for resolving this matter and admitting that this was their mistake.

Avoid at all costs. Worst customer service. 1 week and still they didn't ship my product. I called, sent emails, they said they shipped it, I wanted a tracking number. No replies. 3 days later, they said they didn't ship it yet.
