I placed my first order just after the hurricane Sandy. I received an email saying it would be delayed. That was no big deal. However, a couple of days later I was trying to track my order and I couldn't find it. The next day I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I then tried to place the order again and a few days later, that order got cancelled. I am not sure what happened because I have ordered from this vendor on multiple occassions. I will still order from here in the future.

All has been great until my last order, that was very late in shipping. However the Mgr was kind enough to try to make it up by shipping overnight

This company uses DHL and they do not run routes in our area. DHL ships to a central location and then re-ships via the USPS.This adds several additional days for delivery. The Shop Rite web site advertises that it ships UPS which gives excellent service to our area. I spoke to a shop rite representive and they were nice to me, but stated that DHL was their only option. I will not use shop Rite again because of the poor service DHL gives.
