Good experience once a few issues were sorted. I'm in australia. The US store had items not available in Australia. The US store however doesn't ship to australia - so needed to set up a forwarding address to the US to get the items I needed. A long way around - but happy with the service once up and running. suggestions: Either allow overseas shipping - or have the same range worldwide.

So I returned them for an exchange with no problem and at no cost to ship back. As soon as NB Web Express received my original shoes, they shipped out my larger size. Your service and everything was fantastic, but I still had to order the shoes from NEW BALANCE NEW YORK. Initially, I ordered shoes to replace my current pair. The inside label was so worn I ordered US size 12.5 because that's the only number I saw. That number turned out to be the UK size, so I returned the shoes for a US size 13. Unfortunately, I was told you were sold out of my size and received a credit.
