I ordered prescription Splaqua swim goggles with CLEAR lenses. I was sent smoke lenses. I requested my money back and to return the item that THEY made the mistake on.  I did not want a replacement as these goggles also made me see in double vision.  They e-mailed me a return shipping label and I sent the item back in its original packaging. They never acknowledged receipt of the item and I had to call them.  They said they had refunded to my credit card but when I checked they did not refund all my money. They did not refund the original shipping charge. Since it was THEIR mistake I feel they should have refunded everything. Because of this I will not buy from them again.

Sizing of the products I purchased was very small, even for skins or rash guards. I have to return several and seek a different supplier for larger sizes.
