This guys are awesome. I would look at their website or call them if I need anything for my Saeco Xelsis. In fact they were the only ones that carry parts that I needed .A+ zHighly recommended.

This is a repeat purchase for me at Seattle Coffee Gear and the service and communication has been excellent!  I just got the unit today and it was easy to set up and after two flushing cups, we made excellent coffee!

I recently bought a Baratza Vario-W coffee mill from Seattle Coffee Gear, where I had made earlier purchases and been entirely satisfied. I selected this mill after studying it on their very informative website. The price was competitive and the mill arrived promptly, in good order. It works as it should, and I am entirely satisfied.
When I had a problem with a coffee mill (Mahlkoenig ProM) I had bought earlier from SCG, a customer service worker, over the phone, walked me through taking it apart, fixing the problem, and putting it back together. That kind of service will keep me a loyal customer.

I just received my first order from Seattle Coffee gear! They prompty answered my pre-order questions and shipped my purchases with no hassles. Within a few days I was happily tinkering with my new espresso making accessories. I'll be ordering all of my coffee paraphernalia from Seattle Coffee Gear from now on!

Easy to order online.  Great communication on order status.  Quick shipping.
Refurbished product is working as expected.  Ordered from them based on SCG's reputation.
Very satisfied with their service and would order from them again.

They are very responsive by email and phone.  Transaction was hassle free, and product arived ahead of schedule.  They strike me as very reputable.  Best online non-Amazon experience I've had.

I never heard of Seattle Coffee Gear until a few short weeks ago. I wanted a fancy-doo coffee maker when my long lived el cheapo quit in mid-winter. Ordered an expensive, top rated one from a South American river named company. It was delivered broken. Sent it back and did more research. I saw a Behmor Brazen in my future.

Always thought Seattle had a connection to coffee and discovered the company while sourcing the Brazen. I ordered and haven't been the least bit sorry. The order, and a subsequent coffee & supplies one, was fulfilled promptly. All is well with both orders and the products were accurately described. I am very happy with Seattle Coffee Gear products, descriptions, ordering ease and delivery.

Just one thing... Lynnwood? Really? Well, that's OK and much closer to Seattle than this old Seattle native is here on the east coast! I'll visit next time in town. Thanks.

I will continue to order products from SCG!
Delivery time is always spot on, the products are top notch
and you get exactly what you ordered.
I spend a lot of time researching items on their site and have not been disappointed yet.
The videos on their site are extremely helpful when ordering products, not to mention,entertaining.

I recently purchased a refurbished Saeco Via Venezia Espresso Machine from Seattle Coffee.  I was pleased with the information available on their site, including helpful videos, pros/cons and reviews from customers.  I found their prices to be competitive as well.  My machine arrived timely.  I would definitely use them again.

After receiving this 'Certified' Refurbished Super Automatic espresso machine, we followed the instructions, and the unit still failed to get past priming the pump. Customer service was no help. Asking us to stick a turkey baster inside a 10 minute old machine is ridiculous! But in hopes of getting it to work, we followed their instructions, Force priming the supposedly 'Certified' refurbished machine. It still refused to work on its own. Clearly Seattle Coffee Gear has no business selling these machines. How can you send out $500+ machines and not even test them? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 

After an hour of failed priming, we decided to return the unit. Then came our next surprise. $69 to ship it back. Atleast it was FREE SHIPPING to us, right? WRONG. They decided to charge us for shipping after we returned the unit, only giving us a partial refund for this piece of crap that was their mistake to begin with. Now we are out over $110 and didn't even get a single coffee.

THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.

Beware!
Their return policy varies, depending on who you spoke to.
We still await a refund, and they've lost a sale.
My theory is they don't really want to sell stuff, they're just using your money for a while.  How else could they still be in business?  It'll all catch up with them, though.
Don't fall for the cute YouTube videos.
