This web site is just a middle man who orders it once you place your order.
This web site is a TOTAL ripoff, they overcharge and have no idea of the avaiability of the item you order. They also immediately bill you prior to them even knowing if the real distributor has the item in stock. DO NOT USE these guys or you to will be sorry.HORRIBLE

The website was very easy to navigate and find all of the information I was looking for about the dive camera I purchased as an upgrade for my husband.  I needed quick shipping and that was not terribly expensive, and it came exactly when I asked for it, just in time for our annual anniversary dive trip.  I will definitely be shopping here again!

Ordered 4 items on July 2 without an update as to when it will be sent out other than a message that the items will be received on or before July 23.  Poor communication and follow-through.  In today's web-based businesses, a standard  ground delivery typically takes approximately 7-8 days coast to coast.  Unfortunately, Scuba.com cannot even make a timely ground delivery within the same state.

Placed order only to learn a week later (after I contacted scuba.com) that my item was backordered.   No notification on website that item not in stock.  No email after placing order with notification.

Not only do they not communicate me, they also charged my credit card the day I initially purchased.  Called customer service and cancelled order.  Then, week later they shipped the item anyway.  Called the shipper and had it re-routed back to CA.  Emailed scuba.com and they never responded.  Biggest mistake I made was not researching this company prior to having placed the order.  Had to have my credit card company battle it out with them -  BEWARE - RESEARCH THIS COMPANY MORE BEFORE CONSIDERING GIVING THEM ANY BUSINESS!!!!  They hardly have any inventory from what I learned and take your money, then order the item from the manufacturer.

I have never had so many mistakes made on one order.  I was over charged to begin with.  When I wrote in about it they blamed it on me saying that I selected overnight shipping which is Not True nor did even account for the amount they overcharged me.  They then waited 2 weeks to email me and tell me that my order would be another month, a full three weeks too late for the trip I had made the purchase for.  Of course I cancled the order and was later refunded minus an arbitrary amount of money that doesnt corispond with anything in their return policy.  I am still waiting for the sittuation to be rectified.  I would highly recomend against giving this company your credit card.

This is my second order with scuba.com and again it was flawless. Items arrived quickly, and were exactly as described and expected. GREAT price on a drysuit undergarment - I'm very pleased with my order and shopping experience. I'll be a regular customer.
