The product was missing three screws and the merchant was extremely responsive in remedying the situation.

you were very thorough...my only problem was that the files had to be assembled which I was not expecting so when I asked that they deliver the files to the area where they were to be housed I was not expecting to have to not only unpack them but to assemble them as well...which being by myself was an impossible task...apparently nobody finishes products in this country any more...not your fault just a gripe of mine. Anyway I would have asked for them to unpack and assemble had I known.

Purchasing the product was easy, however the delivery has been terrible. I ordered this item over a month ago and still haven't received it. The only option we had for shipping is fright and they don't deliver inside the office, our company is on the second floor and I had to pay extra to have the item delivered inside the first floor. The delivery company is very unreliable since i still haven't received what I ordered.

While looking at item, shipping estimate was about $9.00. At the time of checkout shipping was over $15.00. What a ripoff.

Pleased with the product. Sturdy build. Searching for the product was easy. However, I was surprised that the color of the headphones I recieved was beige and not the white shown on the website. Would have appreciated the color white more (looks more modern) but the color is not as important as the quality and function.

The table cart is not sufficiently designed to carry the weight of the tables it is purported to handle. It is difficult to maneuver and we will need to make our own adjustments in order for it to function well. We are dissatisfied with the product.

This is the secod time I've puchased a keyboard from School Outfitters. Their customer service is excellent as is their product.
