Item ordered 3/4/2013, Sarraf advertised 2 day delivery, there was no indication that there would be any delay re delivery. 3/7 checked status of delivery, item not shipped, call to Sarraf resulted in promise of overnight delivery at no additional charge. Check of status 3/8, item shipped regular 2 day delivery, not overnight, result item I needed to arrive 3/9 arrived 3/11. Item is high quality & excellent value & my wife loves it, just wish it would have been here on her birthday.

Purchased a 14k 10g solid gold bangle from them for my fiancee as a birthday present. When I received the item and weighed it, it was only 7g. Thats a 30% and $100 difference. Company has not responded to my email and there is not enough time to find a replacement elsewhere before the date arrives. Also, don't be deceived by the free 2-day shipping. It's useless when they don't fulfill the order for 5 days.  False advertising.. stay away!

there was a mixup in the exchange which cost everyone some time and money. however, sarraf bwas very good about paying for extra shipping on the mistake, and the quality of the 14k gold chain was very good.

They have a large variety of hand made bands and benchmark made plain wedding bands. By the end of our conversation we had put together two amazing wedding bands, and even though we had asked for our rings to be engraved, Sarraf.com was able to turn the rings around fast enough that we could wear them for our wedding photo shoot the following weekend. On Saturday, 3/17 I ordered "18k gold hoop earrings, 25mm diameter".  2-day free delivery.   So, okay, they took 3 days to arrive, not a problem.  I opened the package with great anticipation to find some really beautiful earrings.  They are flawless, gleaming, appear to be of good construction.  The ONLY thing is, they are 23mm, not 25.  (Not insignificant, considering the cost of gold.)  Do they think I don't know how to measure? 
Now, do I complain, and go to all the trouble of sending them back, trying for a refund, and being all discombobulated because of it?  I can't decide.  I feel ripped off, but on the other hand, I love these earrings.  So, here is my decision.  I will keep these beauties, but by giving an honest review to warn others of this, will hopefully put the company on alert to be more ethical with their products. 
I encourage others, if they have more patience and fortitude than I, to return, complain, and holler loudly if they run into similar problems.  Do not assume that your jewelry measures as advertised!

I ordered a 14kt. solid gold Italian horn charm. Sarraf was the only place I could find that sold an x-large size and at an awesome price. Ordered at midnight on a Wednesday and received it the following Wednesday. Was so excited when I received it. It is a beautiful piece and the exact size I was looking for. I am 100% satisfied with the quality.  However I did email them on Monday to check the status of my order since their website said I had no current order with them. ( that made me a little nervous since a payment had already gone out to them ) They never replied to my email. ( which made me even more nervous ) I think they need to improve their customer service and to notify customers when an order has been shipped. Besides that I am very pleased with the quality and price of the product I purchased . I would recommend them at this point.

This was my first purchase online so I was really nervous about going through with it, but I decided to take a chance and so glad I did. Sarraf jewelry was a pleasure to do business with and will be purchasing more jewelry very soon. When I recieved the chain I purchased I took it to my local pawn shop to test and weight it. All tests and weight came back perfect and it looks fantastic. I definitely recommend this company for anyone who wants the best deal and best quality merchandise online.Its much easier and less expensive to shop online than when you go to local jewelry store they have to order the product anyway so why not just cut them out of the picture and save lots of money.Also the local jewelry stores never have anything good to say about shopping online and why would they since they order online for their customers and dont tell them so they can profit off of your purchase .

I bought a 2.3mm franco chain 22 inches long and weight was 20.grams, my item was delivered and recieved as promised, I love this strong and durable chain, Sarraf is a good company to do buisness with and they dont rip you off, back to the chain it is well made and heavy, will buy another franco chain and pendant for my wife, then braclets with a couple of rings, you can see the good quality and the chain feels smooth very very nice will continue to do business with sarraf for a long time to come.

Sent me an entirely different item than ordered. Contact phone numbers are not in service!! No answer to emails. Item returned still no refund! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Return is a nightmare.  Stupid me did not insure it.  Fortunately it was only a $32 sterling silver chain. They say now they have no record of it. How convenient. No customer service per se.  No RA number or nothing.  Just goes into a black hole.  Never again.
