I don't have a lot of time to shop, so it was helpful to find what I needed quickly. The website was easy and quick to navigate. The quality of the pet gate is excellent and the price is reasonable.

I called before ordering and asked for help to determine what size gate I needed for 112 inch opening. I was told I needed the 6 panel. We received the gate today, and 4 panels were more than enough to cover the area even with the gate locked in the zig zag fashion. We totally didn't need the six panel, and in fact, only used 4 panels. We need the gate right now, or I would send it back. Your rep gave incorrect information and cost me a lot of extra money.

We had questions prior to ordering about shipping and were happy with the answers. After ordering and trying to rush the shipping we HAD to cancel and stop the shipping process which is the only reason why we did not receive the gate. Your survey made me slect an answer in #2 & 3. We had the best customer service through out this entire process!

Not much to say. Got prompt emails back from owners and got order proscesses and shiped quicker than thought. Items were here within a week. And when had to return an item email communication was easy and quick and return was speedy and reorder was shiped out immedetly. Good people to deal with. If they have what you are looking for I would recomend useing their services.

The only complaint I have is that the Ice Cream Freezer was missing a part when it arrived. It was supposed to have a cork to place in the top of the container while the ice cream was hardening.

All Great as far as the Merchant. FedEX, however, around here isn't so great on getting thing to the right house. A UPS option would be good.

I had the pleasure of ordering a Bissel PowerGlide Platinum vacuum from these people through Shopping.com. Not only is the vacuum the best I've ever owned, it cost less than $100 and I had it in under week. Their store site is easy to maneuver and buying process is made very clear. I wasn't left guessing and hunting for anything.

I needed to contain my Newfie after surgery - When I went online they said it was available, I ordered. I hadn't received it in the timeframe that was quoted. When I went into the tracking system, it stated it was back ordered. No one ever contacted me to let me know & they clearly show it is available even if you go in today

I ordered a pet crate, but received the wrong product. I called Customer Service and they immediately handled the problem by scheduling a pick-up of the wrong merchandise and sending me the correct product.

Ordered 9/26 never received the receipt-emailed-they verified order said they would email me the next day with est date to receive-1 week later I still hadn't heard from them-I emailed them again asking for status-the next day they emailed me saying they were supposed to be getting a shipment & they would let me know an est date after they fill their orders-10/07 still nothing

I have recieved the dog crate, but as of today, have not received the free engraved dog tag that was offered, and I ordered. I assume it will be mailed, but may email Sales Innovations if I do not receive it by week's end. They have not emailed me with any info regarding this part of my order.
