The experience with Rockler is good. But I wish they would ship more thru the U.S. Postal Service, because I'm ordering from Hawaii. I think it is a little cheaper and I don't need it delivered immediately.

From the beginning when I called about parts for my workbench I have been extremely satisfied with Rockler. They obtained the part for my workbench and sent it to me at no charge. That started my association with them. Since then I have used Rockler exclusively for coatings I use on items I build and much of the appendages and the special tools I use. They seem to be the best and I continue to get great service.

The box of oxalic Acid was missing some of the product and the bag the held the powder was put in the box upside down so when I started pulling it out the powder shiffed. I stopped an turned the box upside down and then let the bag drop down. If I had not did that the powder would have been all over my work bench and me. Not a good situation.

Rockler has always been a good place to shop on-line. The customer service at your stores is very good as well.

2 of the 20 kits I ordered wer defective, called rockler and the sent 1 replacement not both of the defective kits. sent e mail and have4 had no response........ so I will not bother them again.

I shopped at Rockler on the internet. There site is exclelnt. I have bought several products from them over a period of time. Once I got a product that was of inferior quality. There customer service replaced it without question and did it in a very short time with no hastle or cost to me. I would recommend Rockler to anyone that needs the products that they offer.

Rockler has a great variety of supplies for the woodworker. I have found the prices to be fair, but the specials at Rockler make the prices even better. I always check Rockler first, because I know they stand behind their products. Also, customer service is outstanding.

Usually I have not problems with delivery. The last order was ok and prompt. However, on order 5556829 ordered 2-29-12 with order ID 9151160 and part 30247 I had not received. It was back ordered. I sent off three emails with no response. I will try to call today.

The only problem I encountered was ordering a special listed in my catalog. The product numbers were not recognized on the web page. I called and was told to note the issue in the comments section of the order. I did so but was still charged the incorrect amount. One quick call to customer service resolved the issue with a credit to my charge card. My order arrived very quickly; faster than I expected. All in all, a very good experience, just like my previous orders with Rockler.
