The worst on-line shopping experience ever. Cannot get the lens, and they are very hard to contact. Have only been able to contact via facebook, and STILL no lens.

I have purchased a camera bag, and my credit card has been charged, however I am unable to get any status update on the shipment. I have not received any information other than my order confirmation. The phone number in the order confirmation does not work and the live help chat on the website does not work. Please send me an update ASAP as I have already paid for this product yet have no information as to when I will receive the bag.

I've shopped at RitzCamera.com before with great results, but this time I had to cancel my order because of RitzCamera's issues with Mastercard credit cards. I have NEVER had problems with my Mastercard, until shopping with RitzCamera. I received numerous emails and a phones call from people in India?!? telling me that there was a problem with my card and to contact my bank to resolve the issue - of course, they didn't know what the issue was, and I have a hard time understanding them becaue of their accents. Unfortunately, I finally cancelled my order because RitzCamera, for some reason, couldn't use my credit card, even after I contacted my bank several times. I bought a camera yesterday from Fred Meyer's.

I selected the "in store pick up" option for shipping. After the order was processed and shipped I was called and told the store was closing so my order would be routed to my house. I never received an email confirmation on the re-route so I had to follow up by phone. I was reassured my order would deliver to my house. I followed the order on the shipping site after it did not arrive to later find it was shipping back to the warehouse (after it arrived in my state). I called again and was told the order was shipping back to the warehouse and was pretty much called a liar per the rep, no one ever told me it was going to ship to my house. I was treated like it was my fault the store closed down. The order was supposed to ship to my house after it returned to the warehouse so I had to wait for it to get back to the warehouse. Why? I have not a clue. I need to wait for their mistake to fix itself. I called and spoke with a supervisor (John?) who promised he would ship my order 2nd day and we would not have to wait. I called two more times and even used the online help desk. My order never arrived to my house. I called again and spoke to Niguel Orchard on three different occasions that also made empty promises of great customer service. After speaking with him, my order took an additional 3 days to process before it shipped. This was the worst service I have ever received. I left three messages for him last week and still have yet to hear back. It took almost 1 month to receive 5 scrapbooking items and well over 4 hours in phone calls and help desk messages. I had to hand hold this company. It should have been taken care of right away. They actually thought it was good “customer service” to tell me they refunded my original order (the one that never arrived). I am so angry. I wasted so much time and my order came too late to actually use. It was for a 4th of July craft party. I placed the order on 6/18 and it didn’t arrive until 7/11.

It was a great experience dealing with Ritz Camera. I don't buy too many things on the internet, but because they accepted PayPal as a form of payment, I was able to replace my broken camera and buy a much better one. I sell on Ebay so a good camera is a must. The camera that I selected far exceeds my expectations. Ordering was a breeze and there was great communication from Ritz Camera after the sale. The price of the Camera was great too. Inline with other sellers on Ebay with a low buy price if not the lowest and a great satisfaction rating. I highly recommend Ritz Camera as your source for your next Camera. Thanks Ritz

Never got the item delivered to the store. Multiple calls to customer service assured me that there was no problem. No active customer service. Just read what was on the tracking website. Reflected poorly on Ritz Camera as I knew there was a problem and people were unable to help.

The Canera and Lens was super but the hook was the 1 year warranty and I have,nt recieved it as of today, So the order is incomplete and I will have to continue to inquire about it until it is fulfilled.

I ordered overnight on a Sunday expecting that my order would ship out by Tuesday. When I didn't get a tracking number I contacted Ritz via their online chat service. I was informed the product was backordered even though their website said it was in stock. This is blatant false advertising. I had ordered $1500 in other photo equipment through Newegg, Amazon, Adoram and BHPhotovideo on the Monday afrer I placed the Ritz order. Everything I ordered came in overnight and on time. I cancelled my order with Ritz and ordered a D7000 with kit lens from Newegg and got it overnight. There is NOTHING that would ever convince me to order from Ritz again.

I ordered a camera and zoom lens. The lens was on back order. The lens shipped and notice left while at work. I called Fed Ex to hold package they could not on the request of addresse, had to be shipper. Called Ritz on 1-2-12 750am. Explained I was going out of town and wanted package held for pick-up. Ritz called back 10 minutes later and confirmed package would be held. Went to pick up package it was out for delivery. FedEx claims they recieved notice less than 2 hours prior. I went 23 miles each way out of my way to pick up a non existent package. All they could do was blame the other. Never recieved package it was returned unclaimed. Credit was provided for only part of sale (merchandise less restock fee). As of this writing they still have not refunded extended warranty.

I was searching on the internet for companies that sell Spellbinders products and was surprised when ritzcamera.com came up. I found the variety of scrapbooking supplies to be quite nice and their prices very reasonable. Their website is user friendly and easy to use. I will be checking their website regularly for great deals.

Sales representative was very knowledge about products, generally, and the 5100 DX, specifically. He guided me to the right combination of lens and ancilliary equipment I need for my needs. I particularly appreciated his recommendation to look at refurbished camera and lens to lower the total price. I have been a Cool Pix user for nearly nine years (5000 8 megapixels, wide-angle), purchased through a Ritz retail store in Denver in 2003. Before that, I had been an SLR user (always Nikon) for many years. I very much liked the Cool Pix camera for its compactness, resolution, and ease of handling. The picture were always sharp and color true. We discussed the advantages of the SLR over a replacement Cool Pix, and I settled on the SLR. He came across as more interested in tailoring the purchase to my needs than simply making a sale. I amy typically turned-off by a hard sale. He got back to me immediately when we lost telephone connections. I was extremely impressed. Hence, the high marks and my complete confidence. Please express to him my pleasure with the purchase process,the product, and his professionalism.

Product ordered was not available. I received notification that it was backordered, but no information about expected delivery date. After several more messages saying the product was still backordered, I cancelled the purchase through Ritz customer service. However, two days later, the product was shipped to me and my credit card was charged. It was a big hassle to get the shipment returned and to get the charges removed from my card. (Eventually, however, it was done.)

The won't admit their own errors or short comings. Customer is suppose to be king but i guess they don't live by that rule??? There are many other site out there that deliver better price and service.

Tried to use a gift card I got for christmas at my purchase. the.com store would not accept a gift card with ritz camera right on it. they said it was only for their retail stores what b s. I'm out for 100 dollars instead of 40
