Received two damaged bookcases from ReStockit and they refused to take them back based upon a loophole in their return policy. Terrible communication and all around dishonest business practices.

Horrible!  Horrible! Horrible !!!   Do not use this company - they sell JUNK ... they don't stand behind their products ... and customer service is atrocious!
  I bought a set of Bullitin boards from them and they did not meet spec (came in undersized - even after calling to verify the size of the product before ordering).  Restockit made me ship them back at my expense - cost me OVER $100 in transport fees.  They're your "best friend" when trying to get a sale - but it takes SEVERAL calls/emails to get things fixed when a product is defective - and then they make you pay.
Don't use this company!  ---  stick with a reputable vendor like Costco.com - that always stands behind their product.   

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced EVER.  They shipped the wrong product and it took days to get a UPS label to return the merchandise.  They sent 1 pickup label instead of 2.  Called them again, no answer.  Terrible customer service, don't buy from them.  The product I purchased was misrepresented and they sent wrong product.  The prices on the product was high compared to other websites.

Basically they are so focused on taking your money that they can hardly ship the correct item. Don't read my review, read all the other reviews and you'll see what I mean.

Don't bother with these idiots. My order was incomplete and to fix it they wanted me to mail back everything at my expense and then resend the order. Seriously? Then they credited me for the whole order. About 6 weeks later they came calling to collect. The emails and voice mails they left were during my mother's death and funeral. I told them I would take care of the situation the next week, which I did. Two weeks after that I get more emails and voice mails saying they still wanted payment. These people have serious internal problems which they try to make their customers responsible for. Really, you can do much better just about anywhere else.

Will not use them anymore.  I was initially pleased with Restockit.  I ordered special paper and color toner cartridges from them for my business.  I recommended them to my wife to buy toner cartridges for our home laser ...

Easy to order online, the first time they shipped 3 printers instead of one, but called me and sent the UPS tickets to return.. Very polite, easy to deal with. The second printer I ordered at noon and it arrived the next morning. I have been very happy with ReStockIt

I ordered the item online but also called because I wanted to get a quantity of 2 however they only had one in stock but the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very curtious and helpful. I felt ReStockit was easy to work with.

Highly satisfactory. But unfortunately the first item I chose had too few units available. Substitute they suggested fits the bill fine.

I shop at Restockit only for cups/lids... they have quality products at a good price and superfast shipping.

My initial order was lost and did not arrive. I called and received a young lady who wasn't sure what to do and put me on hold for over 5 minutes! Thinking this was a scam, I hung up and called back. I spoke with another customer service rep who quickly realized the order was never processed in shipping. She assured me it would be shipped the next day and I would receive it within two days, which I did. I asked for a credit on the S/H due to the lost order and she said she could not do that. The phone pictured on the website was NOT the phone that I recieved. Customer service was very helpful, professional, and polite, however the phone that I recieved was the only "candlestick" modle phone the company carries. I could either keep it or return it for a refund, but there was no way to actually get what I wanted/thought I was ordering. I feel that the company was very unprofessional in the presumption that they can ship out whatever they have on hand, rather than contacting the customer to let them know ahead of time that they no longer carry a particular brand/model of something.

I only ordered ths product because Hewlett-Packard was out of stock and I needed it quick. Took 4 days to arrive, Hewlett-Packard ships and I receive it next day and it is cheaper from Hewlett-Packard.

ReStockIt offers a wide selection, including some things I haven't been able to find at similar vendors. I have ordered from ReStockIt three times, and each time the products shipped on time and in good condition.

Product ordered was substituted for another. Returned substitution with request for product originally ordered. Substitution was sent again. Called and asked if advertised original will ever be available. Was told no, so they credited a fair amount for inferior substitute received.
