I purchased a 1:16 scale Heng Long Panzer III with metal tracks and gears from them.  They sent it out pretty quick but it won't turn or spin.  So, I contacted customer service ... no reply.  I will not buy from them again and caution anyone else who thinks about dealing with them.

I purchased an 1/16 RC tank with several upgrades. The price was extremely competitive and I received the tank quickly and in excellent shape. The only downside is that the remaining tanks I am interested in are out of stock.

I purchased the Exceed RC Dune Buggy for a Christmas '09 present and after only the first run, the motor has seized up and the car will no longer operate. The Technical Support rep admitted that it sounded like a piece was missing, but because we purchased it more than 30 days ago, no matter that it was a Christmas present, they will not do anything about it.  We then were told to contact Customer Support who said we ordered the item too early (11/16/09) and they will not do anything even though the item was not used until the day after Christmas.  This is not a cheap toy, $160.00 total, so I urge you NOT to purchase this vehicle and especially do not purchase from Raiden Tech.

my initial choice was sold out, A Raidentech representative contacted me by phone and told me they had a similar helicopter in stock with the same features,and that it would be shipped that night if I wanted.. The product box was undamaged, but the shipping box didn't have any packing peanuts inside for protection so the product box moved freely in the shipping box.. Other than the packing issue,Raidentech.com did great.

Generally good. I had one order delayed but otherwise everything arrived in decent time and good condition.

One of the four items I bought came completely destroyed in the package.  Then they told me I had to pay shipping to return it!  It cost $25 and I've been told I need to pay to send it back, plus loose 15% for a stocking fee.  I'm contacting my credit card company to begin a dispute as soon as I finish typing this review!

Save your money and look elsewhere!

The dvr box wont work.I sent an e mail to tech support, Have sent e mail to customer service and requesting an RA number to send it back. Have not gotten anything back from them yet.The box looked used when I opened it and the little CD also was smudged used looking. I hope they will send me the RA and work this out for me. Amie

received product but, found it damaged and have not received instruction as of yet on what is going to be done. This all have been done through e-mail and after hours (they responded after 24 hours in email to say someone would contact me in 1-2 days) they still have time to respond.So i have not concluded my experience with this order as of yet.

The rudder control was inoperative and although they promised to have someone follow up with this problem as of now they have not.

One of the speakers in the headphones was loose and was rattling. I had to take it apart and fix it. It's not raidentech's fault it was the usual Chinese crap. All they care about is money! I don't think the Chinese are capable of creating anything of quality!

Ordered a new RC heli from this company late Monday evening and I have it in my hands Wednesday morning! I did try to place a call and do an in-warehouse pickup. The number was busy as others have mentioned and they responded to my email that they do not allow pickup. But no biggie, I used "CJFREESHIPPING" to get free shipping, which was a better deal than "CJ10" for 10% off my $70 heli.

So while I can believe this company might not have the best service/returns department, if you know what you want and order it correctly they do a great job of shipping it at a great price! The heli was brand new in box, with good packaging.

Would buy from again.

Received a 'fake' R4 version. Product works, however not happy about being tricked into buying a mock product.

Excellent as always. Great item selection, Super low prices, Great customer service. I called a couple of times and I think they can do better but it is still ok. If you are in Mexico or south america it is the place to buy in the USA.

I was disgusted at the quality of products sent. I ordered 2 RC boats, one was cracked and the other yellow one did not work at all. I sent them both back for replacements at my expense for shipping. I was sent 2 more boats with exactly the same issue. One was cracked the other (yellow one) did not work same as the first. On the second time around I have been given the run around and cannot get a response form anyone. This is definitley going to my attorney.

The wrbsite is really hepfull regarding the product discription and the payment method are easy shop. The only inconvinience was to sen a copy of id and cerdit card, I wish I could sign in somewhere and become a kind of member where I would have to fullfill a form only at the first shooping and them the raidentech keep my records for further uses. PS: I haven´t received the order yet! Still waiting

Tried to buy item using a coupon code for free shipping and received an order confirmation. This was followed up by a phone call from one of Raidentech's sister and/or subsidiary company's stating that they wouldn't ship it free. I replied stating I had an order confirmation and even called a few times. The phone calls were never answered and I then received an e-mail stating the order had been cancelled and the credit card used was credited back. I ended up buying the item from another Etail business
