Their no-problem return policy was one of the easiest to understand of any that I have worked with.  It was simply a matter of calling them and setting everything up.

connecter did not fit called the co with no help on the problem checked all over where i live could not find anything to fit had to repack it was told that i would have to pay the shipping to return it which is unfare i mailed back shipping lables wre switched they claim they never got it at spt very dishonest co will never shop there again

The shed I ordered came in four days. I actually received the shed a day before I got emails saying it had shipped. Awesome service and great delivery company. I originally was going to purchase from another vendor, but they required a huge fee to bring the product from the truck to the ground or required the customer to go onto the truck to carry it out themselves without the use of the liftgate. I was outraged. When I found the shed on QualityMatters that included a proper delivery and for a lower price, I couldn't resist. So glad I found this company!

When I read some of the negative reviews about Quality Matters, I began to  worry about my purchase with them.   However, my experience was very positive.  The mini-freezer I ordered was the best price online with no shipping or taxes, and it was delivered right on time as promised.  The mini-freezer is spanking new and is up and running.  I would definitely go back to this company for future purchases.

Seems like a great company. I've always been a huge fan of Amazon.com for their prices and customer service. You've made me realize it does pay to shop around. You beat the price of amazon and still gave the great customer service one would expect.

The delivery issue was not the fault of Quality Matters, but of Seko trucking. They were supposed to deliver the TV on a Monday, and they did not show up. When I called them late on Monday, they said they would deliver it on Wednesday... and they did.

So, I was skeptical about ordering through them but their price was substantially lower than anywhere else. I placed my order on January 6th (yesterday!). A few hours later, I checked my email and had two messages from them. Initially I thought I had received the standard order confirmation and then an email stating that they item was out of stock or some other bad news. Much to my surprise it was an email with a UPS tracking number! If that wasn't enough, the expected delivery date was the NEXT DAY. I didn't even pay for shipping, much less overnight! I order online, a lot and this is by far the fastest I've ever seen! Sure enough, there was my package when I got home (today!). Wow, did my payment even process yet?! Thanks for the great service quality matters!!
