NEVER EVER USE ProFlowers!!!!Mothers day flowers came DEAD from a guy driving a car with no A/C in the Desert in 104* heat! $100. Floral arangement looked like it was purchased on the side of the road and shoved in a clear vase. Pro Flowers will not do ANYHTING about it. I have been hung up on and given the run around for a week.

Ordered flowers for my mother last Tuesday and paid additional to have them delivered on today, Saturday 05/11/2013, the day before mothers day. I received an email around noon that my mother had received her flowers, only to find out she didn't receive them. I contacted fed ex and they said the shipping label they sent was for a man in a city an hour away. I called Pro flowers and they acknowledged that they did screw up the shipment, and offered my money refunded or send her flowers Thursday, 4 days after mothers day. I told them they should do both and they informed me that wasn't an option, Now I have to spend a fortune last minute and find a florist to deliver tomorrow and only get refunded my money. Poor company, don't trust them to deliver on your event, or remedy it when they screw it up.

What the other reviewers have said is quite true: You will find mysterious fees tacked on to your order. Very deceptive and dishonest. I call it a ripoff.

From now on, I will order flowers from a company that tells the truth about how much they charge.

I ordered the valentines special(vase,12 roses,candy,teddy bear,spa lotions)for my wife.They arrived by 10am on valentines day.The roses had some black marks on them and the next day one was wilted.I called Pro Flowers and a very nice young lady apologized and gave me a full refund(shipping cost also).This was the first time I ordered from Pro Flowers so not sure if flower quality is usually better then my order.The other products included with this special was great.

NEVER AGAIN!! I broke down and ordered flowers for my wife for Valentines day again this year (2013)......needless to say, they were dead on arrival (literally)...last year it was Mother's Day....My wife's order was fine, but my Mom's were dead when received....what kind of amatuers are these people?

Proflowers will rip you off!! There are hidden fees for shipping and a seperate fee for "handling". The website does not give you a total for the order so you think you got a great deal and then you recieve an Email showing the extra charges! I did not opt for anything but the deal that was shown and ended up paying almost double! Also I was charged tax even though I live in Oregon where there is no sales tax. A little disclaimer says no cancellations, now I know why, what a rip off!!

Flowers were bent in half to fit into a fex ex box. Flowers were delivered a day late after I paid extra to have them delivered in the morning. Flowers were dead on arrival.

Buyers do choose another service!

I received a dozen red roses for my birthday via Proflowers.  The following day, she roses drooped.  I called them and they arranged to send another dozen.  Half of the other dozen drooped within 2 days.  After 4 days, only 3 of the 12 look good.  If you want to impress a woman, this is not the way to do it

Caveat Emptor-- ProFlowers engages several affiliate companies for fufillment-- one, FloralExpress, violates the PayPal user agreement by insisting you  provide the banking data (the sole purpose for using Paypal is that the merchant doesn't see the banking data.) They claim this is for security, but no other retailer does this. Additionally, while they are fast to process the payment, they are slow to process the refund. I had to open a PayPal claim to get reimbursed.

I would NOT recommend them.

Bad roses, bad experience, bad start to a 24th anniversary.  I TRUSTED a hugely popular radio personality and went  with proflowers for a delivery to my wife at work and was HUGELY embarassed with what her collegues saw that day.   As time went by, the roses got WORSE, with many NEVER opening and even my 4  year old asked why the flowers died so quickly, when hers from WALMART still looked good and were a week older.  This was a NIGHTMARE

I ordered flowers for my mom on mothers day on friday. I received a call and they asked if they could send them on monday instead even though I paid an extra 9.99 to have them delivered on sunday. I said yes that was fine. Monday night at seven at night they called me and said they couldn't deliver them. They didn't give me time to get new ones from somewhere else. They asked me on the phone if I would like them delivered to another zip code with which I repsonded, " so you want my mother to drive to another city to pick up her mothers day flowers?" That makes no sense to me. They also offered to call my mother and apologize. They were suppose to immediatley refund my purchase of sixty dollars its been three days and I have not seen it. I would not recommend this company to any one nor will I ever attempt to use them again. Poor customer service, poor communication, and very poor overall experience. Maybe one day I will see my return.

I have rec'd flowers from proflowers.com several times.  I don't have the heart to tell my daughter how terrible the flowers are.  Very poor quality every time.  Today, i opened the box and the flowers were brown and lifeless. I immediately removed the card and threw the flowers in the trash.  I called my daughter and thanked her for the lovely thought.  She has no idea.  They are absolutely terrible.  Complete rip-off.

I ordered my Mother's Day flowers at least ten days in advance to the delivery date I specifically picked (May 10th). According to the tracking information the flowers were ready for UPS pickup at 3:50am on May 9th in Mesquite, TX but were not picked up until the afternoon of May 10 at 12:51pm. Again, May 10th is supposed to be delivery day to my mom in McAllen, TX, 500 miles from Mesquite, TX. UPS sent a update to the tracking system indicating that delivery was delayed until May 11th. I contacted the company via phone and email and pretty much got no explanation for the delivery gaffe. To date, I have 't heard from ProFlowers. I feel they should make good on my order by refunding the full amount I paid in good faith that my order would be fulfilled as I requested and paid for.

Proflowers again . . . .My husband sent me flowers for Mother's Day that I received today 05/10/12.  He always uses Proflowers and the flowers are always SO, the only way I can describe them is as "seconds".  I would rather him not spend the money.  I can hardly hide my disappointment.  I am just going to have to tell him that I would rather not have anything than for him to waste the money on Proflowers.  I know it sounds ungrateful but I'd rather them not getting paid to send second rate flowers.

I thought I got a deal. Total charges $26. Sweet. However, when I got a confirmation e-mail it was $43. 
They added a bunch off fees to it. I went back and, after CAREFULL LOOKING AROUND, found a small link that said that they will add all that staff to the order.
BUT, whilest filling out all the online order forms, I have NEVER seen the final blown up price, I thought I was paying my $26.
Displeased I called and canceled right away.

And the thing is that I would have paid that amount, had they showed it right away and not after the fact.

Deceptive pricing. They don't tell you about hidden charges like shipping , handling, tax "guaranteed deliver" etc until after checkout, effectively DOUBLING what you thought you were going to pay. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

The absolute WORST company out there. the KING of Bait and Switch. My $29.99 flowers ended up being $70 after they switched the advertised price to 39.99, then added $15 for the vase that they implied came with the boquet, then added at the very end another $3 handling charge, then charged $12 for delivery even though it clearly stated shipping was $5 (originally is said free shipping). When I called and spoke to them, they said "Yes, we understand why you're upset but there is nothing we can do about it". Don't EVER do business with this company unless you want to pay more than double the advertised prices!!!

I ordered the "A Dozen Hugs, and a Dozen Kisses" Bouquet.  For such outrageoulsy priced delivery ($11.99 standard, $4,99 Rush, $2.99 care and handling), the arrangement was mangled and looked near death, and NOTHING like the photo in the picture.  Buyer beware that for over $70.00 I got an arrangement that looked like a 4 year old had put it together after the dog played with it.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THE PRICE!!!!

I would never buy any flowers from pro-flowers because of the bad customer service and one day late delivery!
After they mess the up the delivery I called them to cancel my order they told me that they will give me a full refund but since they wanted the customer satisfaction they told me that they will deliver the flower the day after free of charge.

Not only they charged my credit card for the first delivery that never made it on time, I received different vase than what I have ordered.

ProFlowers uses very deceptive pricing in their online advertising. Lots of hidden and extra charges that the customer only sees once they have started the ordering process. That, combined with their unjustifiable and continued support of Hate-media leads me to believe taht they simply do niot value or resoect their customer's intelligence. Never, ever usingthem again.

My husband ordered flowers for Valentines Day and they were not delivered.  Was called the day after from ProFlowers and told the truck had broken down and I would get them on the on the 15th.  They were delivered at 5:02 pm as we were locking the doors to leave.  I was supposed to get a lovely Lavender Bouquet..I got daisies, one pink rose and the rest was a bunch of filling material left over from whatever they had from their Valentine's rush.  The rose started falling apart the very next day.  I emailed my displeasure of the arrangement and was given an apology for my  inconvenience.  I replied that I wasn't inconvenienced I was very upset about the lack of quality with my arrangement and that they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and would like a refund to my husband.  We were emailed back that they would be giving him a refund of 20%.  I wouldn't have paid $20.00 for what I got let alone the $75.00 he wsa charged.  We will not use them again and will tell everyone at this office and everywhere else not to order from them.

My flowers came with the buds of 5 of the roses cut close to the base. A few flowers were wilted. I called thEir customer service number. They told me they would send new flowers on the 15th. They never sent them. So I sent my boyfriend in Afghanistan a picture of the flowers. There were only 11 instead of 12. They looked nothing like the picture he picked from online.
