Absolutely horrible customer service, I brought some snowboarding clothing from them order came in timely but there claim about hassle free returns is a incorrect, I sent back my return gave them a week after the items showed delivered to process and nothing I emailed them they said it can take up to 7 days to process so I assumed business days. No refund emailed about a week after they then said it may take up to 14 days to process. Still no refund emailed again another week later but this time no response, emailed again now mind you we are approaching a month after the items were received but they're returns department. Oh I called them today because I was getting frustrated and they transferred me and put me on hold (est wait time 43min).. Still no refund my next step is contacted corporate then BBB 

proboard shop filled order promptly. Considering it came from minnesota it made good time until it got to my area. It could have gotten to me earlier. According to tracking it took two days to travel a distance I could drive in 90 minutes.

I found their site by accident while looking for the garment I bought. Not sure why I didn't find their website earlier, but I'm glad I ultimately found them. Would definitely shop with them again.

A prepaid 'if necessary' return form would be preferred. One expects that leeway when shopping for clothes on line, where the fit is hard to determine. Not sure I would buy clothes from this side, but accessor items OK. Also the shipping was the maximum estimated time. Some places ship so it isn't the last possible arrival day. The products offered are good, in general.
