The packaging of the item was poor and no instructions were included for the product. All electronic equipment comes with manufacturing instructions and as such should have been attached when shipped.

I place order on 4/12/08 and as of this date have not received product. No notification was made to me until I called to find out status and person could not tell me the status because shipping dept. was closed. Person Left message today that my order is out of stock and I will have to wait another 10 more days. If I knew this ahead of time I would have not order product or waited if I was well inform that there will be a delay, but it took my phone call to find out status.
